A law directed against a santeria church that practices animal sacrifice was overturned as unconstitutional. Church of the Lukumi Babalu Aye v. City of Hialeah, 508 U.S. 520 (1993). It might have been upheld if it hadn't directly targeted the religion even though generally slaughtering chickens is legal, especially as much of the time they actually do eat the animal.

- stop gigavaxxing and promoting it
- we appreciate the trust you put in us when you gigavaxxed, but we're sorry to tell you all vaxxes were low quality. In our defense, we didn't know.
- please support transparency from now on, we need to rebuild trust in medicine and science, trust which has been almost completely extinguished.
- we should start with massive investigations of both Pfizer and Moderna, public and transparent
- to compensate for your liberal hurt feelings, we should expropriate Alex Jones and forbid all snake oil salesmen from misleading the public

As for Tucker's take on BAPism, I have a deep respect and admiration for athletic people. Fitness should be promoted and idealized by the state, sports&youth, not obesoids and weakness.
And tanning your balls/shooting up steroids while pretending to eat raw liver and "slonking eggs" is not fitness, that's just spergery for deathfats that think such diets would shortcut the need to hit the gym, lift and run.
