If it was true that it at least lessens symptoms then it shouldn't matter if I don't get it then right? What's your estimate for how many lives were ruined by lockdowns? Surely it isn't zero. Never said that mask mandates were draconian, I agree they aren't, although vax mandates are.

Doctors aren't oracles, they can make educated guesses but no I do not think that doctors can precisely determine cause of death, especially for a brand new disease. Go find me the statistic of how many people died WITH covid and not from covid. You can't, it's the same statistic -- and since it's much easier to determine "with covid" than "from covid", it's almost certainly measuring the former.
