Speaking of evolution and vaccines, I just learned about this regarding a certain form of the Polio vaccine:

Vaccine-derived polio is caused by remnants of earlier versions of the live virus used in the oral polio vaccine. The vaccine can be shed through feces. In places with poor sanitation, the vaccine can be spread through wastewater. Over time, the virus from the oral vaccine can replicate, regain strength and become just as virulent as the original virus against which it's supposed to protect.

And worst of all most kids born after 2016 have no immunity to the most prominent vaccine-derived polio strain because that strain was thought to be on the verge of elimination and is no longer included in the primary oral vaccine they would have received.

I seriously doubt that's going to take off anywhere other than a handful of draconian blue states like New York.

It's a deeply unpopular move which is why Biden backpedaled on the idea at the federal level. And multiple states have already moved to ban the practice.

I'd be surprised if major retailers like Walmart jump on board with it just because of how unpopular the idea is.

What happened is basically using a weakened polio virus as a vaccine, which isn't unheard of. But, the "weakened" virus essentially reverted back to wild-strength.
So imagine using dogs to out-compete wild wolves, the only problem is a few of your dogs turn back to wolves.

I'm also just fucking baffled by the people who are vaccinated saying they will continue wearing masks indefinitely. If anything, that discourages anyone on the fence from getting the jab, because it suggests that nothing will change for the better if they do. Most people I know don't want to be wearing masks forever.

In my area, I am the only person that actually wants a breath of outside air. Watching masked NPCs convinced me, and it bears repeating, that there is absolutely no benefit to getting the shots. There might be benefit to creating fraudulent vac cards, but only if the reward is worth the risk of forgery.
