At the end of the day, Medicine is just an industry. They don't have to fix you, unless it would affect their bottom-line not to, and they'd err on the side of not fixing you and selling you capsulized false hope for the rest of your life, over doing something tangible, every single time. That's the moneymaker, and who cares if you die, because there's always another idiot customer. You really do have to fight tooth and nail just to have minimum consideration paid to what ails you, and usually you wind up with a $1500 medical bill and a script for extra strength tylenol. It's an utter crock of shit, and a top to bottom scam, and that's why I still haven't bothered with the vax. What's the point, if it does very little, at best, at the cost of all of these side effects, specifically, cardiovascular?
You will be patched up to a baseline minimum standard, and be dependent on overpriced pills for the rest of your life, and you will love it, goy. :^)
