Are you getting the vaccine? - Absolute trashfire thread, please enter with caution

Please enlighten me how a "vaccine passport" is going to strip away all of your "rights" without sounding like a conspiracytard.
wow.. just wow You really are fucking retarded. The idea itself behind ANY passport to travel INSIDE THE US BORDERS as a Citizen is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. PERIOD. It's not a fucking conspiracy you fucktard

I know what herd immunity is, so I'm not sure why you're obsessed with assuming I don't.
But it doesn't matter because I could say the sky is blue, and you would claim I said the sky was brown.

Yeah because I'm the one who thinks the virus levels up its lethality after it kills enough people

Dude vaccines aren't going to cause a "zombie-like calamity".
If your parents are fat and old, their odds are probably better with the vax than Covid.
YOu are thinking 1000000% wrong that the covid "deaths" are a huge threat to society.

I personally will not unless I absolutely have to (many employers, universities, and even countries want you to collect shots like Pokemon). I don't work with people/strangers at all, so I am in a very low-risk group and others "need" it more than me anyway. By the time they become available cheaply/routinely, they won't be a big deal. I am in no hurry and don't need to deprive someone else of their shot.

I would get it because I live a tiny bit on the edge since I have a fuckbuddy who exposes herself to the public. She's been fine until now. But I'm a fucking hipster who doesn't want to share anything with these covid panic retard Karens flaunting their VAXED SHEEP CRED while wearing 5 masks at the same time, wearing them on the toilet because of "neighbor toilet flushing spread", wearing them while having sex with their spouses, and demanding more lockdowns on the way to living on a pod, eating the bugs, owning nothing and being happy.

If I'm required to, I'll do it.

But when they tell you this vax somehow "doesn't make you immune or noncontagious", why the fuck do they keep talking about herd immunity? You're still spreading it, it's just a glorified prophylaxis.

No you don't or you'd understand why people, even low risk people, getting vaccinated is so important for herd immunity. I guess you should've googled that one, too

I really don't see how trying to do everything to protect yourself and others from a potentially disastrous disease is something worthy of ridicule.
This whole forum is full of sociopaths with severe autism who find it unfathomable that one could do something to protect others

Sorry you got busted on your lies. I guess you should've googled that

Anyways, if you people are afraid of side effects just take Thuja Occidentalis D12. It's known to help/prevent Vaccine side effects. Mommies give it to their little babies when they get their first vaccinations. :) It is proven to help with fever and infections. I bought it for the vaccination, but so far side effects were so little I didn't have to take it. I just went to bed and drank some tea.

So far the only side effects I would call worrisome were my thyroid acting up slightly (if you have problems with your thyroid be aware it might react to the immune stimulation) and some heart-palpitations/tachycardia a few hours after the vaccination.

And the most annoying side effect is probably tiredness and muscle pain/tension/cramps, esp around the arm/chest/neck/shoulders on the side that got poked.

Edit: So far all side effects have been very mild and somebody who doesn't have anxiety or any pre-existing medical conditions will probably feel nothing.

I have two people close in my life with severe autoimmune deficiencies, so I really have no choice but to take the vaccine as soon as it's offered. However, I'm hoping that the facts that the Australian rollout is going at a snail's pace and that I'm pretty much at the bottom of the eligibility queue, will mean that by the time I do get the vaccine, it'll be a safer version of it.

So these shots may cause people to have horrible, fatally degenerate diseases. If you take either of these vaccines God help you. IMO these vaccines need to be pulled or we may be facing a zombie-like calimity. My parents had a shot of each, my brother had pfizer, most of my family has... I don't want be die alone. :'(

I don't know if you knew this but the journal that published that report is a literal scam website. They are publishing sensationalist shit to get people to subscribe to the scam service. The doctor that did the study is also a known retard who claims that all vaccines cause diabetes.

What about those of us who had absolutely no side effects from COVID?

They go online and lie about being a biologist while spouting anti-vax talking points and not understanding the basic concepts of biology
I'm sorry, I forgot that viral evolution and natural selection were anti-vax conspiracies, my bad I'll get right back to being a good little citizen

No idea, but I have read that :
-people who had Covid previously produce antibodies faster after vaccination (4 days instead of 9/10) and that side effects might be worse because of that.
-if you had Covid previously one shot might be enough.
-a certain percentage of people who suffer from Long Covid felt improvement of symptoms after vaccination.

Well, you didn't understand how important it is to get vaccinated even if low risk (due to herd immunity). You also didn't understand what a viral-vector vaccine is. You also didn't know that there's different types of vaccines, even just for covid.

If a layman like me understands that stuff, a real biologist sure as hell would. And biologists certainly don't spout anti-vax talking points
