So you can still get others sick despite being [partially] protected from the sickness yourself, meaning in the case of Covid you should either get vaccinated for yourself or don't get vaccinated at all.
And even if this wasn't the case, you getting vaccinated doesn't protect them from getting it anywhere else in daily life, therefore they should be vaccinated--the ones actually at risk of danger--rather than just everyone around them.

There's no magic number. The reason every flu season isn't considered a pandemic is because it doesn't start in one or a few places and then spread like wildfire all over the globe. Most normal flu seasons just consist of flu strains that are endemic at all times and just take off when conditions are most favorable.

Pandemic flus are usually named after where they're first noticed, or their actual origin if it can be determined, like the Hong Kong flu.

The classes are outbreak, when some disease appears in a localized area and doesn't spread. Ebola outbreaks are like this because it incapacitates and kills too quickly for its victims to go anywhere to spread it. It's an epidemic if it spreads throughout a larger region. It's a pandemic if it spreads throughout the globe. The Wuhan virus started with an outbreak, soon turned into an epidemic, and then nearly immediately went global, and that's what a pandemic is.
