You can't sue for defamation because you have no damages. You are worthless, the totality of existence adds up to less than zero, and it is not possible for me to hurt you as a result. It is entirely reasonable for me to believe you were charged for throwing piss at someone, because that is a crime - but even the people calling you a pedophile constantly can do so with absolute impunity because you have no damages to show because you have nothing to be damaged.
