Well this is news to me and he could have posted this. I could then have brought up articles like this:
A federal indictment says Russian intelligence officers support an effort to have California secede as part of a plot to cause turmoil in the US.
www.businessinsider.com
And we could have had an actual discussion on why the Russians would be pushing simultanously for Texan and Californian secession movements and how possibly Californian and Texan interests could be served by such a move that the Russian state is actively agitating for through the groups and outlets it either funds or directly controls.
But the point wasn't whether or not he was right, it was whether or not he engages once he meets some serious resistance and the answer is no, he generally doesn't and moves from serious topic -> shitpost -> new serious topic never staying on one long enough to have it seriously confronted.
Though just to make this clear: no moderator action needs or should ever be taken over it. I just commented on that I share NukaLols experience in this thread and that it's probably best for me to stop engaging with the guy in the future.
And agian, this was just one of three points I made and one of four in total now refrenced including Nukas, more could be dug up if it actually was merited by anything.
