This is the parliamentarian appeal letter (google-translated and lightly edited for clarity) I sent to Russian parliamentarian Milonov after he introduced a retarded bill that'd have banned gender self-id at the horrific cost of legitimizing what we know as "trans-med" troonism and providing a foundation for taxpayer-funded troonouts. I then sent a version of this letter to other parliamentarians.
Today (well yesterday, it's past midnight here)
the alternative bill has become law. In its first version it just read "no sex changes"; it remains to be seen how effective the final version, which had to accommodate intersex people and bureaucratic mistakes, would be. But it's an astounding improvement, and there's much coping, seething, and even some dilating going on.

I am writing to you regarding the bill No. 242098-8 you introduced, "On Amendments to the Federal Law "On the Fundamentals of Protecting the Health of Citizens in the Russian Federation" and the Federal Law "On Civil Status Acts".
I thank you for your attention to the problem of transsexualism, but, having studied the experience of legislative and law enforcement practice in other countries, I consider the current text of the bill to be incomplete and dangerous.
The change of civil (legal) sex to the opposite of biological should be completely prohibited.
Corrective genital surgery should be allowed only for people who have congenital pathologies of sexual development, without fundamental changes in it.
"Gender identity" is a pseudoscientific concept invented by pedophile doctor John Money. In the famous "John/Joan" experiment, Money sexually abused a boy with damaged genitals and his twin brother for 14 years, forcing them to watch pornography and imitate sexual intercourse with each other, seeking to instill a "female gender identity" in the former. Despite the fact that the mutilated boy was only told his real gender at the age of 14, he never "felt like a girl". Both victims subsequently committed suicide.
Nevertheless, Money claimed the experiment as a success for decades, and in 1965 opened the first "gender identity clinic."
There is no doubt that transsexuals are more prone to suicide than the average person - this is true for all mentally ill people. However, affirming a transsexual in his "gender", both with and without hormones and plastic surgery, does not reduce the risk of suicide, and the physical harm and financial damage caused by plastic surgery do not allow him to lead a normal life.
Transsexuals correspond to their biological sex both in sexual behavior and in everyday life. Transsexual males are extremely intemperate in sexual intercourse. Transsexual females are often virgin at the time of their first visit to the gender clinic. Transsexual males have stereotypically masculine professions and interests, while females have feminine ones.
Homosexuals suffering from dementia are known to remember their sexual orientation. Transsexuals suffering from dementia, on the other hand, revert to their real sex, identity as their real sex, use the toilet as a person of their real sex, do not remember the mutilating surgeries performed on them, and experience anxiety and disorientation feeling their crippled body.

In this appeal, I want to draw your attention to the violations of the rights of normal people, which the bill in its current state can lead to and legitimize.
It is known that violent crimes are committed mainly by men. In 2021, in Russia, 85% of crimes against life and health, as well as 90.1% of crimes against public morality and propriety, are committed by men.
Transsexual males (castrated men) retain masculine behavior and a masculine criminality pattern.
However, transsexual females who use the male hormone testosterone adopt a male pattern of delinquency.
Among UK prisoners, according to statistics, 19% of men and 4% of women are convicted of sexual offenses - but among transsexuals of both sexes, the proportion of sex offenders is 42%. Do note: "4% of women" are mostly transsexual males with female documents.
Fetishes are comorbid (correlated): among transsexuals, autopedophilia (imitation of the behavior of a child during intercourse), fetishes associated with bowel movements, pedophilia (sexual intercourse with children), bestiality (sexual intercourse with animals), exhibitionism (demonstration of the genitals to others) are widespread. Surgical castration, which is a prerequisite for "sex change" in your draft, will not make a transsexual person any safer. On the contrary, the readiness to commit such serious self-harm for the sake of a fetish should serve as evidence of mental inadequacy and social danger.
Transsexual males are especially dangerous for women and children. Many openly declare their envy and aggression towards women and girls.
Being in private premises intended for women, transsexual males carry out hidden photo and video shooting, steal clothes, underwear and hygiene items, have sexual intercourse with them, masturbate, offer underage girls "help in inserting a tampon". Autopedophiles use mother and baby rooms to defecate and change adult diapers as erotic play. If sex reassignment is legitimized, then the presence of a transsexual male in private spaces for women will not be considered a violation, and due to the absence of video surveillance in such premises, there will be no irrefutable objective evidence of a crime.

Also, fetishists will be able to promote transsexualism under the pretext of diagnosing it, bypassing Federal Law No. 478-FZ of December 5, 2022. The legitimization of "sex reassignment" will encourage mentally ill parents to cultivate a fetish of transsexualism in their children in order to gain attention and gain high status in parenting groups and online communities as the parent of a "transgender child". A famous example is Jaron Bloshinsky, who was taught by his parents from the age of three that he was a girl so that the family could succeed in show business. The "transsexualism" of children is evidence of a sexual crime against a child and should cause sharp public condemnation and immediate appeal to law enforcement agencies.
Some parents, fearing that their healthy young child may "turn out to be transsexual" and that they will inflict "psychological trauma" on him by parenting appropriate to the biological sex, allow the child to "self-select" sex, pushing him to transsexualism.

Women, seeing that the medical establishment proclaims sexual deviations as the standard of femininity, refuse to belong to the female sex.
Another vector contributing to the spread of transsexualism, especially among girls, is the cult of the victim, which has a strong influence on girls and girls in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet. Namely, the social hierarchy "oppressor-oppressed" is being built, while the social status of the "oppressed" is higher. Straight European girls cannot change their skin color or sexual orientation to avoid the status of a racist oppressor, and therefore declare their transsexualism. I expect that anti-Russian propaganda distributed on the Internet in connection with Russia's special military operation in the Ukraine may cause a surge of transsexualism among Russian girls and young women: in order to avoid accusations of supporting Russia, they will present themselves as "gay transboys - victims of Putin's transphobic regime" and will be forced to confirm the truth of their "identity" by the use of exogenous testosterone and sterilization.
The reversibility of transsexualism is evidenced by the many people who went through gender clinics, became victims of mutilating procedures, and returned to their real biological sex.
That is, transsexualism is neither innate nor irreversible.
The statement about the irreversibility of transsexualism in the text of the explanatory note to the bill will bring obvious harm - it will become an obstacle for people once diagnosed with transsexualism who want to leave the gender cult and return to normal life. Quack doctors will thwart attempts to override or invalidate the initial diagnosis.
The ideology of transsexualism says that the only way to improve the mental state is to establish a transsexual in a new "gender", they are hostile and deliberately sabotage attempts to provide them with effective mental health care. Transsexuals do not seek effective treatment, but a way of sexual satisfaction.
Transsexual communities exchange information about past psychiatric appointments, medical examinations, lists of questions, lists of corrupt doctors, successful tactics for passing commissions. Once supposedly rigid criteria for "true transsexuality" are applied, transsexual communities will adapt to them.
Individuals who have undergone hormonal and surgical gender-mutilating procedures—both adult fetishists and child victims of pedophiles—report that they did not receive or deliberately avoided effective mental health care, learning the “right” answers, that is, those that would allow them to receive referral for chemical or surgical intervention. The danger of transsexualism is recognized by people of various political views. Foreign human rights activists have collected a massive evidence base testifying to the dangers of gender ideology and transsexualism. But they lack political will: for example, the governor of Florida (USA) Ron DeSantis, having tremendous voter support, was able to ban the promotion of transsexualism only up to the 3rd grade of elementary school.
Now Russia has the opportunity to carry out a reform that can protect people, especially women and children, from the pedo-gender lobby, without blackmail from Western interests. I ask you to reconsider the bill and completely ban the absurd unnatural fiction of "sex change".
