Just say his name! God, I hate that: what is it with people on Twitter constantly censoring words from creators, constructs, and every single thing they don’t like under the sun: p*lice, s*n, m*nument, *ney, J*ntron; even Tumblr wasn’t this bad.

What’s even more dumb about this is that all this is doing is making people go and search for their names because either it’s apparently taboo and they’ll check out of curiosity, or because they’ll be wondering who “J*nTron” is if they don’t know who Game Grumps even is. So: so much for not giving those words power and erasing their history: people’ve already taken to archiving these things and even more are going to be wondering why in the world this was worth censoring.

If you’re gonna take Jon down for his racism after several years, then Arin should be held equally as accountable since they’ve both done the same thing, and no, making poorly written write-up on it while subsequently deleting his use of the word from other videos to cover his own ass doesn’t count. Especially now that Arin’s retweeting plans to go full bore and delete Jon’s videos of the channel (which BLM aside is a fucking stupid idea financially). But hey, I guess double standards are the Grumps/Lovelies’ modus operandi, and Twitter’s just a-okay with them supporting pedophiles like Shmorky and potential predators like Ben, if they’re gonna pull that same standard with Jon.

The best part about this is that the animator is spreading Jon's name further by announcing his hatred of Jon than if he'd deleted the video quietly. But no, he had to show the world how righteous he is so he can get his pats on the back from woke e-celebs.
People like this (and Arin) don't care about what they are saying, they only care about been perceived as right. That is why modern politics is such a hostile tribalistic environment.

Look, usually I'm not one to stop people from apologizing after not giving a fuck and I'll at the very least give Arin credit for something for once on this board: he actually apologized for doing it long before this started. He still did it because people wouldn't stop bugging him and started erasing his past instances of doing it, but at least it felt a smidgen genuine, and he wasn't doing it purely because of BLM. Gonna be honest both Jon and Arin faced a similar concept of being caught saying stupid racist shit and admitting they fucked up. The only difference is Jon's ass was plastered over everywhere and he got the full brunt while sweet little old Arin only had his found through digging.

If anything they're both as guilty BUT you can give credit to Jon for actually facing that shit head on and saying what needed to say. He admitted he fucked up multiple times on camera, made statements that he didn't look at all the information, and even then said he wanted to move on(Just like our buddy Arin), even so much now with the H3H3 war with Keemstar bringing him back to those defending himself.

But the guy has stayed true to his self, and has pulled himself out of the cancel culture people were doing before it was hip. I hate that these people aren't doing the same standard for Arin especially when the only difference is Jon not wanting to make his stance open.

The fucking idea people are creating that "IF YOU HAVE NO STANCE YOU'RE AGAINST US" is asinine as some people just flat out don't want to get involved, but still silenty support their notions of it. All these people stating to use their platform in that way are the ones Chris is calling out (via Yomama) and for good reason. It's obvious Chris and Jon (especially being immigrants themselves) aren't going to condone the brutality/human rights violations, but they're not saying anything because that isn't what their platform is for. You can still personally support a movement, but use your platform for it's intended use which is producing content. That's the fine line between Chris O'Neil/Jon Jafari and OneyNG/Jontron.

It reminds me of when people were pushing for people to follow more gaming content creators after the Projared fiasco and Nitrorad (Who does make great content btw) made a video post saying "This just awkward. I don't want you guys following me because I didn't do something like that, I want you following me because you like my content." They don't want people to follow a crowd mentality but to instead think for themselves if they enjoy it.

That's what made Arin a perfect target for this because the dude second guessed the mob mentality for clout and didn't stick to what he believed in, that's what caused him to get so much hate and why this BLM statement is so mixed.

I actually wasn't aware that Arin had apologized for using slurs last year. Strange that no one's ever brought that up to defend him about the N-word compilation.

Regardless of Suzy's exact apology I'd doubt her sincerity just because of the kind of person she is. She's not just an asshole, she's someone who always seems confused on why she should have to feel bad about anything she does.

You want a rough estimate, considering these had millions of views each, and some were entire series getting purged? About 175 million views total. It's probably a LOT more than that though, someone check the last known archives of these videos ASAP!
