I'd say it's because SEGA was the last major outside force that pushed Game Grumps into the public eye. Whether it was because whoever ran their Sonic social media was a fan, which they absolutely came across as at the time, or because GG was still giving SEGA exposure regardless if it was positive or negative, we'll never truly know. I lean more towards the later possibility as it was still earning SEGA money from GG fans getting exposure to the games and trying it out for themselves.

idk why he thought that would work tbh. RLM collabs with like nobody. Its them, their friends and occasionally a d-tier celebrity like Culkin or Oswalt.

And if they ever wanted to collab with other youtubers, I'm 90% sure they'd have to be youtubers that do movie stuff like them. People like Brad Jones or YMS, maybe Whang since he's into gory slasher films or you know, people that have anything to do with bad movies.

Not retards that do lets plays.

He built a career out of burping, poop jokes and appealing to kids. Yet he still thinks, that other entertainers want to collab with him.
Arin, no respectable entertainer wants neither your content nor your audience. They gain nothing from associating with you!

It's so fucking obvious, that Arin hates doing let's plays and is desperately trying to get into another career.
(As long as it's still grants him status as an e-celeb, since he desperately wants to be famous.)

I think he still does, but the frequency of getting offered has dropped exponentially. If he does go for auditions, his laziness with expanding his vocal range has hindered his chances of success as he unintentionally displayed that one time in a Zelda playthrough (I want to say it was during Twilight Princess. If not that, then maybe Majora's Mask). I remember it had something to do with him applying to voice a zombie, but all his examples he showed off kept getting further & further away from being a zombie voice.
