According to Harley, Arin's been an owner of Creator Clash since the first one.

And in the Anisa thread, FroggyFresh's wife gave some details about how Real Good Touring, not Anisa's husband, was the one that both got the information from their charity and paid them. So pretty safe to assume that Arin and his touring company played a pretty big role and that fully taking control of Creator Clash was rather easy.

Why Arin agreed to a third Creator Clash after the disaster that was the second, as well as allowing Anisa and her husband to take 34% of the profits is a complete mystery.

Best guess for why the event was postponed and not canceled is that it's an attempt to recoup at least some money. It's highly doubtful that any money will go to charity, but if 3 tickets get sold they're less in the red than if 0 tickets get sold.
