So this came out today
That site seems to be full of joke articles, so pretty sure this is fake news.

I do wonder about this constant queerbaiting though, does Arin not realize that being fake gay and trans just to sell more merch is harmful to the LGBTQ struggle?

“Man, we got all this overstocked merch here...got the cops called on us...almost had several fans die because of sun poisoning and dehydration...”

“Today’s been a good day.”

Their whole asthetic, their whole BRAND, basically, is they don't care; "We just don't care" as Arin said in that Smosh video, not too long ago.

This garage sale thing is just par for the course. "Oh, gee whiz, we never thought that many people would care about little ol' ussss!". Gimme a break. They have 5illion+ subscribers. They get at least a million views every day. They CANNOT delude themselves into thinking that they're some random startup YouTube channel that's thankful for every like and sub they can scrounge up. It's all a fucking act.

Fuck them.

Fuck their idiot fanbase.

The Grumps planned this latest 'garage sale' mini stunt, but no one would have bought into it if they didn't all ready buy into this cult of personality built around Arin and Dan. I hope some dumbass got fucking heatstroke or something worse. And I hope that dipshit Sue's Arin or Dan or GG for all they can fucking get.

As long as he's lining his pockets with money; Arin doesn't seem to care how it makes him look.

I'm just surprised LGBTQ+ folks aren't offended by Arin and Dan making a mockery of being gay.

Wow, okay A Log.

There’s a difference between criticism, and saying fuck a lot.
Yeah, in retrospect, wishing heatstroke and financial ruin on anyone is a liiitle screwed up. Sorry about that.

Things haven't been going great for me lately, and I guess it boiled over in here. The word of the day is displacement.

Double-whammy today for the Grumps.

The intro has now been updated again to replace Arin’s yellow streak with the pink one (despite it being on the wrong side, and completely ignoring the symbolism BS that the yellow streak had).

Very poorly, might I add. It was a such a slapdash job that not only can you see the brush streaks where they tried to paint over, but because they did it frame-by-frame (instead of just painting over the asset itself like any actual animator would), there are actually individual frames where you can very clearly see the yellow underneath that they failed to catch.

On top of that: this episode, for the third time in the past week or so has massive audio issues, such as there being practically no game audio being recorded, as well as the audio being massively desynced by about...5-7 seconds, give or take?

Brand integrity: the most foreign concept known to Game Grumps.

I'm sure the fans will blatantly ignore and defend all of those issues. "The person that did the recolor is new at editing colors frame by frame, cut them some slack" or "Who cares if you cant hear the game, you're here for Arin and Dan, not the game".

Its fucking bizarre how some people dont want the things they enjoy to improve, only stagnate and worsen.

It's not even the right shade of pink (his is pastel pink; this is more magenta).

Also, forgive my ignorance - but what was the symbolism behind that streak, anyway? Most I knew about it was that Arin wanted to be hair twins with Suzy. If that was all there was to it, whatever symbolism it held was abolished when Suzy had her hair dyed a single color last year.

So, the question is - what's the symbolism behind this pink streak (other than Arin's love of the color)?

Because it seems like the fanbase (at least, the vocal minority) have a very hard time telling the difference between constructive criticism and hate speech; that you can't be critical of someone and still like them at the same time.

So, even though it's blatantly obvious that the content has dropped in quality; these same fans would rather praise/defend the Grumps than risk hurting their feelings.

So if you notice: Arin and Suzy don’t wear wedding rings...or if they do, they don’t usually wear them in videos.

They instead opted after the wedding for their hair streaks to...basically be their wedding rings, to put it simply.

They each dyed one streak gold to forever symbolize their bond in holy matrimony.

Oh. Oh you think it’s JUST with criticism and hate speech. That’s fuckin’ rich, yeah, no: try him just telling people how nice he is.

The stans will then go FULL fuckin’ skitzo and want to murder someone that doesn’t even exist. It’s quite fascinating, really.

I know Arin used to wear a ring - but he hasn't worn it in months (unless that's changed since I last watched them back in December). There was also a conspiracy theory going around that, because of the sudden lack of rings, there was trouble in the marriage. If it's true that the blond streaks were also a symbol of their unity as a married couple, what does it means when Suzy got rid of hers and Arin dyed his pink? (there was also the fact that Suzy apparently identifies as Pansexual nowadays - which, why would someone's sexual identity matter if one is happily married?)

So many theories...damn...

I just saw that tweet - I hate it when people tweet things that have no context. Just be upfront with what you mean from the get go so as to avoid confusion, you know? (fans saying they'll sue anyone who hurts him - wt actual f?).

Also, doesn't hate on people who are nice to him? How quickly he forgets how he treated that 'internet rando' after she went out of her way to not only give the grumps a donation, but to apologize for her ill timed 'Goddamnit Ross!' joke that resulted in Arin telling her the Twitter safe version of 'F*ck off!' in defense of someone who never asked to be defended.

That's so dumb and millennial it caused new hatred to metastasize within me. What's more permanent than dying your hair? Oh, how about an actual metaphor of your dedication to one another in the form of an unbreakable ring? nah I'm sure the Cali trash equivalent is far more enduring.

suzy dying her hair is probably a signal of opening up the relationship or some such degeneracy. No wonder Arin drinks and is slowly self-destructing. It's all coming together now.

you see, everyone wears rings so they're no longer special, and Suzy and Arin are REEEAAALLY super-fucking-special-awesome, so the regular symbol won't cut it; they are special people and they love each other, but not like us normies here; therefore they used tacky streak on their hair.

I'm not even sure how they worked that out on their wedding, did they bring a hairdresser to their wedding and did the 30+mins process instead of just interchanging rings?
