So we've already established that according to tumblr you can be asexual and still be hungry for cock. This feels really late for some reason (dunno if it was addressed or not), but if it's not for not having sex, what the fuck do they think they're oppressed for? If you're going down on someone I don't think they give a crap if you're sexually attracted to them. God maybe they are all just incels.

They think they're oppressed by society for it being 'too sexual' and because their special snowflake asexual spectrum identities aren't welcome in queer spaces.

I honestly think some of them are as bad as incels.

It has David Jay going on about his ideas (which are contradictory), as well as his plans to be in a poly relationship with two friends who are a couple. It doesn't pan out, obviously... But then he and his crew go to a pride event which is awkward for everyone involved. Seriously, trying to give asexual fliers to leather daddies is just laughable. They came off almost like a church group and just... Yeah.

@bearycool should show it on a movie night.

There's also this girl in it who is like, the mouthpiece of the asexual community who made the rounds on 4chan quite a bit (can't recall her name right now, but she has a tumblr, and she's bitter about everything), who then somehow became the asexuality police on LiveJournal and then threw a tantrum when people called her out on it. Edit: Swankivy, remembered it (or however you spell it).

FWIW, do I think asexuality is a thing? Sure do. BUT...I don't believe the community is really putting up a nice image to the public on what asexuals act like. As others have mentioned, asexuality is not really something people cause bodily harm about (I've seen a few claim they were raped due to their asexuality, but I'm not sure how true that is). Most people don't go out in the real world and scream at work "I JUST HAD SEX!!!!!!" so I don't see why people should go out and scream "I'M NOT HAVING SEX!!!!!" If you go to a dinner party without a partner, people just think you're single, no big deal. If you're closeted and come with, say, your husband/wife/SO/whatever, bit of a different story...

I don't have them, unfortunately. This was back in 2010-ish maybe, and wasn't actively tracking lolcows--they're probably buried by now. Apparently it got really bad with some trolling later on 4chan's part which swankivy was understandably upset about (but, just saying, I'd leave anything on 4chan alone if I ever found myself there because it's just feeding a fire), but she's got a reputation in the asexual community, even, for biting people's heads off. She was quite known for her OkCupid escapades for a while.
