Slightly off topic, but White Wolf books used to be brimming with really beautiful, evocative art. I can't believe the company in its modern form actually hires her. Here's an example from 1996's Vampire: the Dark Ages:
Given Ms. Kreider's rather stark views on gender roles, she would probably fail to appreciate the piteous horror of the vampire shamefully hiding itself from the light while clutching a rosary with the faith of a child grasping a teddy bear. She would simply notice that the vampire probably has a pickle, and is thus in a state of privilege. This is a theoretical example of political correctness destroying art and human empathy in a very direct way.
I'm a big RPG faggot from way back, and I am intensely curious about what her idea of a gender-swapped roleplaying session would be like. Would the female characters slap the male characters on the butt and call them wenches? If so, that is completely unlike any gaming session I've ever been a part of. Where is this magical setting where groups of men get together to play D&D at Hooters?
