I remember when battlebots was a thing and everyone thought we'd have chainsaws and hammers hanging off the things.. Two seasons later they all looked like wedges. Fucking door jams on wheels, because that simple shit actually worked.
Look, I'll admit I've been out of the competitive robot combat circuit since since War Bastard lost to T.F.U.II.lmao wedges haven't been the dominant design in the robot combat scene since La Machine in fucking 1997
Everyone knows it's all about the horizontal bar spinner right now, with Tombstone and Carbide winning both the major US and UK championship circuits respectively.
