Its like Isayama looked at his ending and went, "Hrm, this is not shitty enough. I need it to be worse. I know! Let me make this entire manga pointless lolololol."

There's literally no reason to read this trash. Nothing gets accomplished, its just a fucking 10 year shaggy dog story with no point, no resolution. Its even WORSE now. I don't even know why he would add this on. "Let me make my entire story completely pointless."

Honestly, it is mind boggling for me to think that people think this is a good ending. How do you even think of something like this? Even in 'The Mist', which is a downer ending, still accomplishes something. There's still a point to the story. Things get resolved. Its a tragedy, its a bit Shakespearean, but it works. This is NOT like the mist because nothing is resolved, everything is just on repeat, in fact, things are actively WORSE because of the actions of the characters, who just made everything terrible.

Eren, who didn't complete his genocide and just gave up. And his fucktarded LeDouche plan failed, because these plans are always fucking retarded.
Historia, who gets Paradis blown the fuck up.
Armin and the Cringeavengers, who fail to accomplish peace.
Even the TITANS come back.

I hope Isayama writes a sequel to Attack on Titan where Jean's kid is smarter and better in every single way to Eren and he's being mentored by Armin. The whole second manga just shitting all over Eren constantly.

Also, I just wanna thank Isayama for seemingly going out of his way to retcon the scene where Ymir's children cannibalize their dead mother's body-a scene that I explicitly said was good, and well-drawn-out of existence for no reason other than to imply that the events of the series never happen, thus making the entire thing even more pointless and confusing.
