Winkleham seems to hate Boogie because of how Boogie complains about how hard his life is and how rough his childhood was. Neither are true, which pisses off Winkleham because he had a genuinely traumatic and shitty upbringing with his cult member mother making him participate in 2 seperate murders. Winkleham wouldn't hate Ralph for this reason because Ralph never feels sorry for himself and is always bragging about how great his life is to make the a-logs jealous. The best way to do this would be to have Ralph initiate contact, either to befriend Winkleham over their hatred of Boogie, or you could lie and tell Ralph he's an a-log and get him to holler about him. Winkleham is definitely crazy enough to show up at Ralph's front door, he's either threatened to or made good on his promise of showing up at Boogie's house.
