The judge is a "I’Ashea L. Myles" (Archive), I'll let you guess the gender and race of this dimwit. There is an emergency stay that has not yet been responded to.

Sheboon became a judge in 2022. Decided to have a different branch of government bend to her will to protect the families and shieeet.

It might have been already discussed but the FBI recommended the MNPD to destroy evidence, aka burn the pooner manifesto.
According to the memo, the FBI “strongly discourages” the release of “legacy tokens.” The FBI recommended withholding such items from the public, citing concerns about “conspiracy theories,” copycat attacks, and advancing “the false narrative that the majority of attackers are mentally ill.”

The FBI also raised the “existing precedent” for the destruction of “legacy tokens,” noting “the decision to destroy the ‘Basement Tapes’ produced by the offenders of the Columbine High School attack.”

A judge in Nashville has ordered the chief editor of the source of the diary to appear on June 16th (Monday tomorrow) and divulge who he got the source from or face contempt charges for the diary "leaks", and prove why he should not face contempt charges and why he is not in violation of any order (Since when is burden of proof in the accused in the US?). Zerohedge article as news source (archive)
This is some straight-up Star Chamber inquisitorial shit that caused Americans to declare independence in the first place. "You have violated a command (that I won't specify) by reporting the news so you must come before us and bear the burden of explaining why I should not punish you for violating an order I haven't shown to you." I thought maybe there's some weird state procedure going on, but if Leahy's filing is correct then the judge is also straight-up violating Tennessee statutes and procedural rules.

Naturally, it's a Democrat-affiliated judge who ran unopposed in blue Nashville, and her electoral pitch is filled with race-baiting.

Her argument against the reporter's position seems to boil down to this not being an improper contempt proceeding but rather an exercise of the inherent power of the trial court to regulate ongoing proceedings and parties at bar by forcing the reporter to disclose whether one of the parties to the case before her leaked the info...through which she can hold the reporter in contempt if he refuses to disclose the source. Seems like a distinction without a difference to me, but what do I know.

And it seems she is getting some blowback from legislators:
Members of the Tennessee General Assembly stepped in Friday to defend Leahy in the court of public opinion.

“The TN legislature will not stand for an activist judge who weaponizes their courtroom. [Leahy] is the press and does not have to prove to any courtroom that he is innocent. I will file the proper resolutions to remove judges engaging in abuse like this,” said State Representative Jeremy Faison (R-Cosby).

There's a member of the Tennessee state senate who has agreed to sponsor such a resolution in the senate.

It honestly seems like she went overboard because documents making pooners look bad came out after she tried to keep them hidden, and then she tried to come up with a half baked justification for her response after the fact so that she doesn't have to admit she pretty clearly messed up. She can try to come up with some shitty procedural argument for why she denied the reporter's initial motion, but in the end she's threatening to punish a reporter (who isn't party to the case) using the contempt powers of the court for publishing news unless the reporter discloses his source. Seems pretty obvious that that's not constitutionally kosher.

I'd been fascinated at staring at pictures of vaginas ever since I was 7 or 8 years old and learned that girls don't have penises. Only thing thing uncomfortable about occasionally seeing a porno mag or part of a VHS tape at a classmates' house was the other boy(s) in the room. That uncomfortable situation was to be subverted by the advents of T2 speed internet and learning how to thoroughly clean internet history. Eventually, the fixation would be broken by actually getting laid and realizing that it's a bit less fun than it looks when you're the one having to put in the work.

I'm just saying, I don't know if there is a clean cutoff for the birthyear of this hypothesis. When most boys find out about sex, they want to look at it. The difference now is that the sex they can see is far more depraved and much easier to access. Parents have gotten dumber and everyone has access to Google in their pocket. I guess we need to take the release date of the iPhone (June 2007), the average age of first porn exposure as of June 2007, and subtract that age.

Porn and sex have existed in media since their inception. But society was way more concerned about it. When certain movies with explicit sexual scenes were aired on TV, even the schools communicated to the parents to be careful. At least that was my experience back in the 80s. And of course, I remember friends bringing adult magazines to school to show, but it was a thing very few kids did because it was hard to obtain. When it wasn't actual porn, it was certain magazines with love scenes for movies, etc.
I've argued kids can handle more than we think they can today and many of us are evidence of that (for better or worse) but todays porn isn't the same as yesterdays skin magazines. I opened up pornhub on a fresh browser and a VPN switch. The default recommenations were "Mummy creams and pisses for you", "A subscriber fills me with oil then makes me submit" (with choking in the thumbnail), a woman riding a bike with a light up buttplug, "18 year old transgirl jerking her dick" with a full anal display and dick pointed backwards and "His dick is as big as a wine bottle." There's so much incest, dangerous bdsm practices and public sexual activity it's hard to know WTF it's going to do to kids these days. Watching drama sex scenes rarely show a girl being choked into submission or taking a baseball bat sized dildo anally. So it's not fair to compare this sort of pornography to magazines of old. Most of them were softcore and anything more fetish based had to be subscribed to and rarely made it into the hands of kids. I'm not saying "mummy piss videos" are going to seriously harm children but this is just one page on one day.

If you've never had sex with anyone at 28 you're not gay or a lesbian or straight or anything. You're a virgin, and a loser.
This reads like a teenager who just had sex for the first time and wants everyone to know about it.

Might as well just admit you want to taze some tards.
Well, now that you mention it...

Plus, is there actually evidence the families involved want this not shared? IIRC I remember hearing this wasn't the case, but was a group SAYING they represented the families, but with no real evidence. Seems to me it could be covert LGBT advocacy type bs. Remember, LGBT is a fan of skirting the fuck out of the line of how dishonest you can be while not being liable legally.

I wouldn't be surprised if the victims' families were being manipulated. Every bit of gossip heard twists the knife in that fresh emotional wound, and the police haven't even had the chance to release your daughter's body to you yet. Along comes some group, claiming to sympathize with your loss, and offers to help you make the spectators shut the fuck up so you can have some privacy and time to grieve. It would be mighty tempting to take their offer without looking too close at them or their motivations.

Has anyone looked into any groups claiming to represent the families supposedly wanting the journals suppressed? Who wants to put money on ties to the parts of the medical industry profiting from the transgender fad? Or on ties to human trafficking and CSAM?
The more I think about it, the more it seems like the DOJ's "Community Relations Service" is involved here...

You're not the only one who sees that, I'm just a little MATI for this.
Our founders would have tarred and feathered this judge, if not hung them from a rope. Not for being a nigger or a woman, but her malicious of interpretation of the constitution and the law. Non practicing lawyer Nick Rekieta would be perfect with her.

The judge's argument is basically the the drunken driving license revocation argument: "No need for due process or a trial because it's an administrative, not a civil or criminal case".
This is basically the 2A mental gymnastics loop equivalent to stating that "Shall not be infringed" doesn't apply to individuals because it says "The right of the people", therefore you can't own firearms, only the people (the state) can, or that anything short of a 5 star resort stay is "cruel and unusual" punishment.
@Useful_Mistake Are we good with a thread for this case or is it not sufficiently insane enough to be in the L&L LLP sub-forum?

The purported marginalized groups tend to be the most well funded.
Is almost like the real marginalized groups are the ones nobody cares about and nobody helps. The gender loonies haven't been anywhere near marginalized in the last 50 years, when they got the APA to change the DSM to accommodate their insane views back in the 70's that's the point where they stopped being anywhere close to oppressed to oppress others.

Its curious how women start watching porn (see stats) and suddenly weird shit like choking becomes popular. Haven't met any guys who were into choking but at least 4 girls I been with asked to be choked. Its the same with bdsm, the scene its full of radfems you think wouldn't be into that at all, but they are, big time.

People forget 50shades was incredibly popular with only women, no men read that book and any who watched the movie was dragged to it. That was over a decade ago, these are the after effects.
And chances she might have some other hidden skeletons in her closet.
Practically all these openly woke assholes tend to be social climbers with a very shady past they need to draw attention away from.

Wrong again, stalker.

The entire universe continues to marginalize troons by refusing to conform to their fever dreams and fetishes.

Your inability to spell choking/choked three times in two sentences is hurting me

Otherwise agree with this take

My bad fixed it.
Do these women suffer from personality or developmental disorders?
One had mild daddy issues but the other 3 were normal, plain even. Like I said 50shades was insanely popular, it wasn't some obscure book it was everywhere, it was twilight for 20something millennial women which is no surprise since IIRC it started as a twilight fanfic. Most of the girls at my first job back then were reading it and pretty much all went to see the movie, even the pre-tumblr feminists did and no it wasn't hate watching, they were into that shit.

Many are still single well into their 30s, another funny coincidence...

1) BDSM is wide spectrum from of shit, from the "Not my beer but okay" to "Holy Jesus, what is that? What the hell is that!".
2) It's possible to be into BDSM and have a sense of humor: See ♂Dungeon Master♂ Van and Aniki. The radfems generally don't have a sense of humor (compared to the average person) from what I have seen.

The FBI really did not want the killer pooner revealing her insanity and degeneracy. That’s bad optics for team Donkey who love troons. Now that the cat’s outta the bag, there’s fear and loathing and every D in Nashville and beyond is screaming shield wall!!

I'm talking broads, even some good looking ones, getting stripped and tied to a pole while some bald boomer repeatedly punched them, or getting a door knob shoved up their poopchute and being dragged around the dungeon thru it, and other nasty shit I rather not remember.

One week later you saw those very same broads at some feminist event in frisco, a city that's full of radfems and bdsm studios.

Again, way too many coincidences, but sure lets ignore all that and blame zoomer boys on choking being popular now...

I really need to find that fucking Necronomicon... Firstly to bring Audrey back, make her write the manifesto on here, then dome her again. Secondly, to bring the founding fathers back so their unbridled rage leads to the lynching of many a judge and politician.

This is not a fedpost, glowniggers.

I missed this from last week earlier, but they found out that Hale had a fifth, previously uknown prescription of Lorazepam found in her belongings. Lorazepam.
Article | Archive
This is in addition to the four other drugs she had access to (Buspirone, Lexapro or Escitalopram, Hydroxyzine, and a sodium chloride nasal spray). Interesting how the toxicology report from her autopsy came back clean.....

Also, I just found out something the Tennesee Star made in February that I'm pretty sure never got posted here:

New Court Filing Claims Covenant School Shooter Audrey Hale Possibly Motivated by Alleged Child Abuse Coverup

Article | Archive
Well, fuck me sideways, I knew it! Austin Davis, the father of one of Hale's classmates while she attended Covenant in the early 2000's, filed a motion to intervene seeking the release of the manifesto. Davis previously sued the church in 2013 for covering up one of their staff members that was a child predator in a cult-like fashion. It was mentioned somewhere on the farms before, but there was an old article talking about his lawsuit where Covenant quietly fired the molester from the school and as a result, Davis got assaulted by one of their members and was constantly harassed by others. Attaching the court filing document below.

I really got to hand it to Michael Patrick Leahy and Tom Pappert from the Tennessee Star for reporting on all of this and putting stuff out there, despite all this pressure from the courts, police and other authorities. Leahy is supposed to go to court tomorrow over these articles, outlet has been bringing new information to light and getting punished for it. Congratulations to them for being the ONLY journalists worth a damn. For further reading: here's a list of articles that they've made about Hale. 39 in this month alone.

Couldn't agree more about how Internet porn is a whole different type of fiend. You can't even scroll through a trending topic on twitter without seeing a bunch of accounts posting videos of someone putting things up their ass. 20 years ago it was a lot less common to see that accidentally.

It's a little late for both of those. Columbine is the shooting every wannabe famous retard tries to emulate and everyone knew Hale was a pooner. You might as well release whatever media they produced just so we can see what made them tick.
