Chris does seem to be one of the best candidates for the antichrist just given, well, he's Chris. Jesus was fairly intelligent, and a good person, where the anti version of him would basically be Chris. Chris doesn't understand good vs bad, especially in terms of genuine human well-being, and anything "good" Chris does only benefits him. He's certainly not even remotely intelligent, and seems to operate exclusively with whatever benefits him the most. There's theories that the antichrist will be some suave, evil genius, but no, they're going to be Chris. Love the sinner and hate the sin? Chris would rather 180 both of those aspects.
1 John 4:5 refers to the Antichrist and says "They are of the world: therefore speak they
of the world, and the world heareth them."

Chris is appropriately materialistic. Despite including multiple dimensions, all his beliefs are truly of this world. He lacks the ability to take himself out of the equation and is likely incapable of a genuinely selfless act, as in being happy with no tangible reward of any kind or even any recognition because you did the right thing.

Lets put Chris to the 10 commandments test.

1. I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Chris believes in multiple false gods, including himself, fail.

2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them

Chris worships graven images both of his own make and of others, fail

3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Contrary to popular belief this is not about cursing or saying "God Damnit" but about using the name of the Lord for ungodly means. For example claiming to be Jesus to satisfy your own delusions and selfish beliefs. Fail.

4. Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.

A controversial ruling but since Chris doesnt work I'm going to say he cannot truly honor the day of rest as every day is a day of rest for him. Fail.

5. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.

From hocking Bob's prized possessions to raping Barb, a big fail.

6. Thou shalt not kill.

As far as I know, a pass, regardless of whether you believe it means intentional murder or killing as an absolute.

7. Thou shalt not commit adultery.

A tricky one. Chris is married in his own delusions but not in a biblical sense, however some take Matthew 5:27-28 as evidence that physical sex isnt necessary to commit adultery as its more of a state of mind. On one hand chris believes he's married and has thought of other partners outside his marriage. On the other hand its entirely a delusion. If nothing else he demonstrates the capacity to fail this one. I'll call it a half.

8. Thou shalt not steal.

Off hand I can't recall Chris stealing in the sense of shoplifting but he certainly steals ideas shamelessly. Fail.

9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Chris has lied before and in a sense his world of delusions is the result of a lifetime spent lying to himself. Fail.

10. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's

Chris is very covetous, both of things and women. Fail.

While no one is expected to follow all of them perfectly their whole life, the idea is to try and when you fail you repent and look to change. Chris does not do so and thus he fails to follow all but 1.5 of the Commandments, and tbqh I suspect thats only due to a technicality and lack of opportunity.

Christ said that murderous rage is murder in the heart. Also Chris was supposedly proud of running over a snake, and he supposedly had a cat put down - if true, very scummy even if that doesn't count as murder. And wanting to commit adultery is adultery in the heart: the "commandments" Chris made up gives a pass to adultery. Also I think plagiarism isn't literally stealing, but it can be lying - lying about who made what. Also Chris stole money from Borb and was caught shoplifting from Best Buy.

My fucking god all I want from life at this point is a televised kino trial of a lolcow, I don't care which one, livestreamed by rekieta and discussed daily on /pol/ and kiwi. With me betting all my beer money that I can't afford to lose on incorrect outcome. Is that too much to ask? I expected nothing and I'm still disappointed.

Following the inflationary spiral that was Chanonomics, CWCVille's economy fell into a depression that led to open revolt. Workers seized the banks and emptied the accounts of everyone, including the Mayor, and were last seen marching towards the Mayor's office demanding his head on a pike.

I believe that the lore is that the mayor of CWCville is now Mary Lee Walsh, as Chris has ascended to goddesshood and no longer needs to trifle with the administration of a mere town.

He could be in the downtown Charlottesville PD station closest to the courthouse

Greene County Circuit Court is in the county seat of Stanardsville, even further from Charlottesville than Ruckersville is.

Transportation likely means he is being moved out of jail and into prison or somewhere set up for non compliant prisoners (?)

No, you do not go to prison unless you are sentenced to prison for a felony. Chris has not been sentenced to anything. When he waived the indictment, it just meant that the grand jury no longer needed to indict him and he just went straight to proceedings in circuit court. This just means the felony charges are active. He has had no sentencing (something which cannot be sealed -- we would know about it).

Repeat after me: You do not go to prison unless you are sentenced on a felony. If you have not been convicted of anything yet, you stay in jail, or are freed (either on bail or on your own recognizance). If you have deferred disposition, that is a special case, and you are one step away from conviction, and are free on probation.

I know it's late as all hell but please spoonfeed me, spergu-sama: why didn't chris get a bond for a wobbler?

I know it's late as all hell but please spoonfeed me, spergu-sama: why didn't chris get a bond for a wobbler?

These three things together:

1) The prosecutor asked for no bail (specifically citing weens as a risk to Chris' safety and the safety of the community), but the judge only takes that into consideration and still gets to decide.

2) The judge was still willing to offer bail and asked Chris what his plans would be if he were released on bail. Where he would stay, how he would ensure that he would make his court dates, etc. Chris would have been hard-pressed to come up with a plan for this given that he had nowhere to go and had just assumed he could stay with Harriet and Tom.

3) It doesn't even matter because Chris didn't even try to come up with a plan, and instead when he was asked for a plan, he threw a tantrum and demanded that he be able to get his toys, because otherwise he wouldn't feel safe to proceed with the hearing.

1) made it an uphill battle, 2) made it unlikely that he would get bail unless he had far better planning skills, 3) made the whole exercise moot because he chimped out in such a way that he would probably have been denied bail no matter what, even if he had somewhere to go and the prosecutor was totally on board.

Ah my mistake thanks PS. That also might explain why nothing's been updated yet. The order was given on the 10th but who knows at what time. So they probably waited till the 11th to start moving him, and that's not a quick and easy process. Have to gather everything from the commissary, his possessions that got taken from him at his arrest, process his paperwork by the time he was actually in transport it would have been late after hours when nothing gets updated. Not to mention some of Chris's getting sealed off from the public anyways.

Ok, if this has already been posted, I am sorry, just link me there. If Chris ends up in a tard house with a mention that he is able to take advantage of someone helpless, what does it mean for him? Can he use the internet? Can he write letters? If he doxes the location of a tard house and let's be real, he will, it's gonna become a ween Mecca. Will he be allowed to leave the house unsupervised? Because if he will, he would try to go to 14BC. Could it be that he is transferred into mental facility to determine if he is, well, autistic enough to use Sonichu defense?

Surprisingly he comes from good genetic stock in that regard. Despite their unhealthy lifestyles both of them seem fine in the heart-department.
Well, not only that. Bob and Barb were eating fast food, drinking, smoking and living in a dump during their later years, yet both of them were able to reach 80 years. Chris is only in the middle of this and people thought he would die before reaching 40.

I'll look this over more carefully in the morning, but my understanding of waving the right to indictment is that the defendant can agree not to have a Grand Jury and allow the State to proceed on the information at hand. It's kind of a nolo contendere sort of thing. Is this correct? Transportation likely means he is being moved out of jail and into somewhere set up for non compliant/mentally ill prisoners (?) I imagine the county jail is sick of him by now and he's been there a year. The review scheduled for next year looks to me like Chris is getting sent to the nut house for a year to see if they can rehabilitate him. In a year they'll look how he's doing and let him go with time served, or send him back for another round of Elvis drugs and shock therapy.

We won't hear from Chris again for a long time.
They are deferring prosecution until next year so long as he keeps up with the diversion plan they have put him on

Until Bob died an undignified and bug-ridden death
Everyone knows Bob was killed by a loud noise a nurse made; apparently, the sonic waves shattered his bones, like Guile from Street Fighter.

Living in Barb's hoarding hell with literal rotting organic trash and millions of bugs crawling over his body and biting him had absolutely no effect, but as soon as he met the Sonic Boom Nurse, his end was nigh.
