I am partial to his FUTURE MESSAGE video. He was 25 back then, and he looked like a weird and awkward yet confident, optimistic and kinda interesting young fella. You can tell there is potential in this man from this video. I truly believe he could grow up to become a half-functioning member of society, judging from this footage. He could lose some weight, dress appropriately and groom himself, but otherwise he just looks and acts like an average high-functioning autistic young adult.

Remember that a lot of the stuff that happened in the Idea Guys saga wasn't publicly known, and that the main reason they were able to extort money from him was by convincing him that Cwcville was in danger. If he didn't truly believe in other dimensions, why would he go along with the Idea Guys?

There almost certainly is an updated (2021) diagnosis for him floating around somewhere. I assume they updated it for the case.

That is 28 year old Chris for his Hook Cafe photo. He does kinda look like he's in his late teens early 20s.

yeah, he looks even younger in all his pictures wheres hes wearing his glasses - those goofy doofy semi-aviator wire frames. ( before he grew out the hair) , sure he still smelled and was gross , but his hair was kept neat and trimmed up for some reason ) and he looked like somewhere between maybe 7th to 10th grade tops, even when he was in late high school and college age.

he still looked to be about 13 maybe 14 though, and still have creepy vibes, i honestly think he was born to look that way, even his elm. and early middle school pics, he looks retarded, but at least he did have a few cute kid aspects, but still looked like a sped no matter what , just not a hideous one.

They don't have to show him mercy, it's just an option that they can consider. In this case it's mostly based on whether he's at risk of reoffending and if, with proper care, he can stay out of trouble in general.

It's an attempt to find a middle ground between completely nuthouse fruitbat and being considered completely responsible for your actions as a sound-minded individual.

Again it's not new, this kind of thing used to be an option until the late-70's/early-80's, but it was revoked pretty much everywhere in the zeal to punish the evil that took hold around that time, peaking in the 90's. It was a time when society collectively A-logged.

I think it's clear that it's appropriate to treat Chris as a tard. He is not the sort of criminal that consciously tries to achieve personal gain without getting caught. Even stupid criminals normally at least have a *rational* plan that they're just too dumb to formulate and execute on. They're dumb and they get caught.

Or to put it another way, regular criminals usually do things that in some way make their lives better if they don't get caught. They get money from robbing a store, or they get pussy from raping an attractive woman, or they murder someone who is causing problems for their illegal business, etc.

Chris' illegal and immoral acts gain him nothing. It's not just that he breaks the law, but he breaks the law in retarded ways. A non-retarded person would never commit the crimes he does. Maybe the shoplifting, if it actually happened, but if he was shoplifting retarded pony shit then even that might not count.

So yeah, I think it's appropriate to not hold Chris to the same level of responsibility as someone who isn't retarded. But similarly I think he shouldn't have the same level of freedom -- just something more nuanced and less restrictive than prison.



It was never likely that there would be a trial, not even when we thought they were going the indictment route. At that point it just went from almost certainly not going to happen, to holy shit there's a small chance that it might happen.



Chris has the ability to memorize things when it's something he gives a shit about. He still has that aspect of autism, just a more stupid form where he has to be *really* invested in something for him to pay attention, as opposed to the brand of nerdsperg that I have where I click the random article button on Wikipedia for fun.

When the stars align enough for Chris to apply himself he can actually reach a level that could be called competent. It's just fleetingly rare. Chris is stupid, but only mildly so. His retardation isn't extremely low intelligence, it's extremely low capacity to activate and apply it. It doesn't make him unbelievably stupid, just unbelievably foolish.

Or to put it in sperg terms. INT maybe 8 or 9, WIS somewhere between 3 and 5.

He probably failed it a couple of times until his deep seated desire to be able to drive to the GAMe PLACe whenever he wanted prompted him to memorize enough to barely pass. The written tests in most states have a few difficult questions, but not enough to make it particularly difficult to get a passing grade.



Some schools in the US, particularly colleges/universities, have an "I" grade, meaning "Incomplete". It's not that you were terrible at the material, it's just that you didn't do it.

chris absolutely should be held to same or near to same standards, and be held accountable ! this, and the other criminal acts he has done in the past are in large part results of him going through life,not being held accountable and being forced to accept consequences . especially since he DOES KNOW right from wrong, he just thinks he can do no wrong, which is why we are here today.

chris's lips are thin, and not everyone with FAS /FAE has all and full feature effects, some have partial or are more subtle, but if you look close at his pictures through the years, its very possible hes got fas fae, hes got many traits physically as well as A LOT of the emotional, learning and behavior issues that are specific to fas/fae . ( not to mention: its no secret that both his parents were heavy drinkers before and around the time frame he likely was conceived )
