People have told him many times that being on disability means that the state of Virginia will fully pay for any cognitive/behavioral therapy he went to. He pretends he doesn't hear you when you say it, because all he understands therapy to be is someone telling you you're wrong, and he doesn't care for that.

I wonder if he'd attend a therapy session if you gave him the name and number of a therapist and told him that they were giving "Date Ed" classes and could help him find a heartsweet. :ween:

Off topic, but I imagine that if he takes the bait and goes, it would very quickly devolve into an argument where the therapist tells him what he's doing wrong and why he should stop, while Chris will tell the therapist why what he's doing is correct and then throw a tantrum. It'll be like an episode of a show like Kitchen Nightmares where the person featured seeking advice from an expert, but doesn't really want advice and only wants for the expert to validate their belief that their technique or strategy aren't the reasons why they're failing.

So Amy's Baking Company then?

Actually I was thinking more of Sebastian's, since that guy reminds me much more of Chris than Amy does.

Then stop whining about the trolls and move on.
But then he'll need a new target to blame stuff on.

Megan, Snyder, the Greene County School Board, Mary Lee Walsh, the Commonwealth of Virginia . . .

Yeah, there's always those targets.

How long before he will link Greene County Conspiracy to the Illuminati?

Oh god that would be the greatest thing for Chris to say ever.

Or he could start talking shit about cultural Marxism playing Kick the Autistic. He would go to GAMe PLACe and try to kill everyone with Megatron pistol (or maybe just crash with Aerostar at it). Then his manifesto, 2082: CWCvillian Declaration of Independence (written in Animal Crossing) would be shown to the world.

I don't think he even knows the word Marxism. He probably thinks the Republican and Democrat parties are hunting lodge clubs people belong to as well.

Nah, I think he at least knows that both are political parties. But what they stand for though? No, he wouldn't have a clue.

Free stuff and promises of finding him a sweetheart from the ground up.

He knows both are political parties, but that doesn't mean he knows what a political party is.

The only parties he cares about is the ones where he's the center of attention getting all the gifts while binging on pizza and cake.

The world must seem so big to Chris.

Seriously, how one can reduce their existence to clopping, TV, vidya, :briefs:, q-sands, holey buttocks, piss-stained newspapers and bitching about not having a girlfriend? And ignore completely the world outside their immediate surroundings (14BC, malls and fast food bars)? Maybe Aristotle was wrong...

Chris has the world view of a small child - and a warped one, at that. The only things Chris can properly focus on are those things that immediately affect him. He doesn't understand abstractions like love, time, friendship, money, Australia and so forth. He is entirely focused on an intensely frustrating "now" that he often doesn't understand, which is the primary cause of Chris's stimming, retreat into "Cwcville" and (:_( . So, no, Aristotle isn't wrong in this case.
