I thought that he would most likely be going back to a home...probably a different one than Gateway as he would be a convicted sex pest as Gateway does not accept the latter and I think the only reason they took Chris was because he had not been officially convicted yet.
 
@themarchivist2 make a poll on what people think the result might be -> walk free, go to trial, plea deal.

I'm voting that Chris is probably gonna plea out, promise to never go back to 14BC and get sent to a home.

I genuinely don’t know which one he’ll get.

It’s either they’ll simp for him because he’s a troon and all the harassment he’s gotten, or they’ll say fuck that and throw him in jail.

Are witnesses allowed at this type of hearing?
 
Reminder that Chris "walking free" today means that after spending over a year in jail awaiting trial, he goes back under the custody of his group home until they either deem him fit for living on his own in Section 8 away from Barb or send him to a assisted living home for the foreseeable future.
 
Hoping we get clear information about the Branchland house or Barb's location and well being. Is there any possibility he goes back there?

I know you're probably right but what if he didn't. wouldn't that be crazy
 
My best guess is that the autistic Troon shield will work and he will walk free, but with some restrictions. The big question is "What next?". I have serious doubts they would let him out back to Barb and the Sonichu temple.

He can plea guilty to theft and abuse of an incapacitated elder, but the incest charge is going to get him barred from most group homes. Yeah he’s not a danger to anyone but Barb, but the sex offender label won’t specify that.
