This has nothing to do with the Grand Jury. It will never go before one. Chris is largely mentally incompetant. He's a high functioning retard. His lawyer applied for a Tard Defferal. The final decisions on that will be made today.

It is unlikely he will be held over for a full criminal trial. He seems to have managed well at the Gateway House. We can tell because he didn't end up back in jail. That will almost certainly be continued in some form.

It's a deferral. If or when he shows up back at 14BC the situation will change. But by this point the court his lawyer and the jail just want to be rid of this mother fucking retard and to put him somewhere he can be supervised.

Personally, I've always liked to believe that this was the true ending to the Chris-chan story. Everything else since was just an awful dream.

Usually, they just put the retard on an sex offender registry and rubber stamp an restraining order for the victim after he serves his time.

But given what's going on, they'll probably just sign the restraining order and try to relocate him farther away from Barb.
 
Twist of fate: CWC found innocent and gets a hefty amount of cash from the state. Spends new found wealth on hookers and video games. Dies after hookers pimp knifes him for following her home to give a fruit basket and marriage proposal.

Rate me late/gay if this is something I've missed, but how do we know he's in a women's care home? I thought it was the consensus that he'd be in a male home like he was in a male's jail.
