As there is still a lot of misinfo going on. Austin is in court for 2 reasons today. 1 to have his trials set for his 2 probation violation charges. I am going to assume this gets continued out of "economy" and combined with or pending the verdict from his grand jury indictment for the drug possession charge which he is in for today as well.

The grand jury is going to only hear evidence from the prosecutor and will decide if they feel there is evidence of a crime, or crimes, that should go to trial. THey could come back and hand him a different charge of paraphernalia possession because the cops drug possession charge was weak,

Austin is not in a jury trial today. At worst they let fully revoke his probation no the two probation violations. At best they let him out on bond.
