Bad guys from mythology who aren't that bad - Mordred did nothing wrong

In addition, Judas is seen as bad not because he betrayed Christ. Peter denied him three times and all the other disciples dipped out too. Judas’ unforgivable sin was his despair and suicide. His deceit and betrayal could very well have been forgivable. Tragic more than evil.
Suicide is a sin when done to escape from your own guilt/ that any persons sins are beyond the ability of God to forgive (Christian forgiveness isn’t “I’m sowwy” it’s an active change in behavior). There is more nuance, but I’m just adding more to this.

Definitely Guy Gagné from the smash-hit DreamWorks film Turbo. He's a lovable dumb himbo and a great analogy for diva racecar drivers, as well as being a successful and ambitious person as a whole. Turbo was even initially refused entry into the Indy 500, (on account of being a snail) prompting Guy to come to the rescue and hype the crowd up enough to allow the Indy CEO to rescind his ban and let Turbo compete. His tragic character-breaking moment is when he cuts Turbo off in the latter laps of the race, through what is essentially perfectly legal defensive driving, before maliciously attempting to crush him against the wall before crashing and causing a massive pileup. He redeems himself slightly by then heroically attempting to push the smouldering remains of his car across the finish line and getting his ass beat by *obligatory hilarious grandpa/grandma figure*, but he was a fantastic villain with a terrific downward slope in cunning and honor throughout the course of the film and I hope he comes back as part of the sequel or something who gives a fuck.

Hades
All my man did was to kidnap persephone, other than that, he's just chilling in his office with his dog.
He only cheated once with some nymph named Menthe. He just does his job and is moved by Orpheus' playing.

Lilith isn’t even Jewish, it’s Protestant nonsense from the 11th century

Lilith and Archangel Samael.
First, Lilith did the exact same as Eve, the only difference is that she didn't invite Adam to a threesome and left (Which is like "sparing" him from the "terrible knowledge of good and evil").
Archangel Samael is just doing his/her job.

My mistake. I typically have read that Lilith was a mistranslation of something akin to spirits or at most the Jewish Medea.

I know that she was big in Gnostic cults and Pagan revivals.
