Definitely Guy Gagné from the smash-hit DreamWorks film Turbo. He's a lovable dumb himbo and a great analogy for diva racecar drivers, as well as being a successful and ambitious person as a whole. Turbo was even initially refused entry into the Indy 500, (on account of being a snail) prompting Guy to come to the rescue and hype the crowd up enough to allow the Indy CEO to rescind his ban and let Turbo compete. His tragic character-breaking moment is when he cuts Turbo off in the latter laps of the race, through what is essentially perfectly legal defensive driving, before maliciously attempting to crush him against the wall before crashing and causing a massive pileup. He redeems himself slightly by then heroically attempting to push the smouldering remains of his car across the finish line and getting his ass beat by *obligatory hilarious grandpa/grandma figure*, but he was a fantastic villain with a terrific downward slope in cunning and honor throughout the course of the film and I hope he comes back as part of the sequel or something who gives a fuck.
