This is another myth IMO, the "racial trait" of asiatics being that they "pass" better, it's not real.
It's another illusion, one that's borne out of unfamiliarity because different species have different secondary sexual characteristics, the same is true of dogs and horses, like how westrons cannot readily distinguish between gooks/nips/chinks/seamonkeys whereas for the indigenous yellow it's the opposite. The "passing" is the same result of this; yellows in general look "the same" to the European eye, hence the man/wahmen blend.
I'll only mention this because I find it interesting. I used to know a Korean chick who was studying in Canada. She didn't want to go back to Korea because everyone there looked like her. She had a stronger sense of being an individual in Canada. I found it interesting because there's the so-called racist thing of, "they all look alike" and the assumption that is just to a Western person. Yet it was an Asian person saying, "It sucks we all look the same."
Of course that is Korean and plenty of people aren't familiar enough with the differences between different parts of Asia. Although that is changing.
On Ladyboys, they don't pass. I could believe someone drunk and seeing one in make-up and costumed up may make a mistake but I will always lean on they probably kind of knew. There's always the, "but maybe you couldn't tell" aspect of seeing some but to me every lady boy stood out and was obvious.
I'll preface this with, "no homo" but I did see a lady boy show in Thailand. All the clothes, make up and everything. Not a single one passed. In red light districts and places where there were lady boy clubs that I walked past and had them come to me. Not a single one passed. I will add they were good at looking at you and telling you weren't interested and leaving you alone. Just being polite. "Nah I'm good" when they approach as you walk past or have a look.
I do in general though think that racial traits can help with passing. 20 years ago when that Miriam dating show happened. I think a big part in their passing was because they had an ethnic look. It wasn't necessarily that they passed, it was that people were unsure if their ethnicity was more masculine-looking for females.
I did once know a guy who claimed to hook up with a lady boy. He was some degenerate European guy. He was in tour group and would literally bang anything of any age (older). Claimed when in Thailand he was making out and couldn't tell. Back at the hotel room when they got naked there was a little dick that confused him and so he left. Everyone just assumed he knew and noped out when it came to it.
