It never ceases to amaze me how filler is generally considered to be a trivial procedure because it's non-surgical, but I've never seen any other kind of (legal, professionally done) cosmetic procedure make someone look this awful. Even botched nose jobs don't wreck your face this badly. If Michael Jackson had lived long enough, he'd definitely have been overfilled and looked twice as bad as he ended up looking.

DD isn’t a breast implant size - they go on CCs (volume, as in cubic centimetres of fill.) the letter bit of the bra size is relative, it means that there’s a set difference between the measurement around the ribcage under the breasts and the measurement around the fullest part. So a woman wearing a 30 DD has a 30 inch rib cage and 35 inch bust. For a man with a male ribcage, let’s say a 42 inch chest (or more if he’s fat) he’s going to end up with a 48 inch chest like some kind of brickhon icebreaker. Hilarious. And they’ll be set so far apart you could park a bus between them
I'm more curious about how the fuck those would even fit. Because he's skinny with a flat chest, he doesn't have the excess skin to cover such large implants. The best comparison I can think of is the process of stretching a piercing hole. You can't just shove a 1/2" tunnel through a standard piercing hole. You have to go slow and it takes ages. For reference, it took me 2 years to get to 1/2", which is 14 sizes larger than Claire's piercing size (20 gauge). (Brief tangent: never go to Claire's to get pierced. Go to a professional. I'm genuinely shocked that Claire's is even allowed to do that). You have to wait 6-8 weeks between sizes. If you go too fast, the skin on your lobe will get too thin and likely break, requiring reconstructive surgery.
They just know the term DD to mean big. Notice that no one ever says D, or even DDD or cups higher than that, because they have no knowledge of how bra sizes actually work beyond pop culture references.Why the FUCK do so many people want DD's....

It's a lot easier for them to pass in photos, they can select only the good ones, they can apply filters and photoshop, and they can present themselves in specific positions and from specific angles. I've yet to see one that passes IRL.

It could be coincidence but I'm pretty sure his is from body feminizing surgery. Also this is the first I realized not all women's waist curves are thinnest around their belly button. I assumed we all had a similar location to each other so his being so high above it looked weird to me. Either way it brings my eye to his hips which looks distinctly male to me but interesting to know.
