Yeah the buccal fat removal is a terrible, terrible trend. When these women (Anna Taylor-joy in particular) are faced with genuine age-related facial fat loss in their early 40s I worry what they will have to do to avoid looking downright haggard. And their borderline underweight physique will only emphasize the issue.

I've seen them lately near gyms, Plastic surgery, Fat Removal AND performance drugs. Shes probably using makeup and a beauty filter too.

Lea Michelle easily has the most terrifying results. It looks terrible on anyone, but her square jaw makes it look so much worse.

In a few years, they'll all be getting buccal fat implants/transplants. There's no way those aren't in the works already.

Yeah I am having trouble imagining a seamless result. The buccal fat pad is a really distinct pocket of fat and I have trouble picturing how you can have a good fat transfer or implant on such a dynamic and unsupported part of the face. At least with cheek fillers it’s right on the muscle/orbital. The buccal fat pad is just kinda hanging out in space between some ligaments, isn’t it?

They look so painful. It’s like those few days when your milk comes in after birth before the baby realises how to feed efficiently and your boobs turn into heated painful SCUD missiles.

Gotta be 'shopped, ribs don't just bend. You can mold them over time via corsetry, as the last woman has, but trying to get that via surgery would have to leave scars somewhere.
 
Yeah a lot of the "super crazy Asian plastic surgery trends" are just people with the run of the mill poorly done plastic surgery going completely ham with filters and editing. It's basically just clickbait.
