Yeah the buccal fat removal is a terrible, terrible trend. When these women (Anna Taylor-joy in particular) are faced with genuine age-related facial fat loss in their early 40s I worry what they will have to do to avoid looking downright haggard. And their borderline underweight physique will only emphasize the issue. Some women in this pic over 35 have not had buccal fat removed. It naturally goes away as you get older-hence why it looks so bizarre and aging on women in their 20s.
I've seen them lately near gyms, Plastic surgery, Fat Removal AND performance drugs. Shes probably using makeup and a beauty filter too.The transvestite look.
Theres a plastic surgery clinic on my way to the gym and there are always dumb ugly bimbos in front of it whenever i walk by. They are even more revolting irl.
Ofc the local butcher has a lambo.
Lea Michelle easily has the most terrifying results. It looks terrible on anyone, but her square jaw makes it look so much worse.Buccal fat removal (and all the other procedures) working wonders for the stars.

In a few years, they'll all be getting buccal fat implants/transplants. There's no way those aren't in the works already.Yeah the buccal fat removal is a terrible, terrible trend. Wasn't the problem that you can't get it back in?In a few years, they'll all be getting buccal fat implants/transplants.
Yeah I am having trouble imagining a seamless result. The buccal fat pad is a really distinct pocket of fat and I have trouble picturing how you can have a good fat transfer or implant on such a dynamic and unsupported part of the face. At least with cheek fillers it’s right on the muscle/orbital. The buccal fat pad is just kinda hanging out in space between some ligaments, isn’t it?Wasn't the problem that you can't get it back in?
Oh, you absolutely can't put it back in. Does that mean shady plastic surgeons won't sell a fix? Absolutely not. Snake oil salesmen gonna sell snake oil.Wasn't the problem that you can't get it back in?
We really need a vomit option. Those fake tits look gross. I just don’t understand how these women think looking like a caricature is a good thing.I've seen them lately near gyms, Plastic surgery, Fat Removal AND performance drugs. Shes probably using makeup and a beauty filter too.

They look so painful. It’s like those few days when your milk comes in after birth before the baby realises how to feed efficiently and your boobs turn into heated painful SCUD missiles. We really need a vomit option. Is she a bikini competitor? They all look like that. I know it's filtered but the face does look good in the picture, wonder what the reality is.I've seen them lately near gyms, Plastic surgery, Fat Removal AND performance drugs. Shes probably using makeup and a beauty filter too.

Maybe the Judges have some fetish for fitness women with fake balloon tits which is why they all seem go that way? Then they'll win the contest? Is she a bikini competitor? They all look like that. I know it's filtered but the face does look good in the picture, wonder what the reality is.
Seems like it's trueGotta be 'shopped, ribs don't just bend. You can mold them over time via corsetry, as the last woman has, but trying to get that via surgery would have to leave scars somewhere.
