When you get lipo they suck out adipose tissue, adipose tissue only shrinks and expands but never grow back unless in rare cases like tumors. The ripples are where the fat was taken out. Lipo is not recommended for overweight let alone obese people because you can very clearly see where the doctor suck the fat out when they gain more weight.

Ok, so is the abs the muscle underneath where her fat used to be? Or did they leave small amounts of fat in places where abs would be for the texture? I'm also still amazed how odd it looks right underneath her tits. They're not resting properly and look pushed forward from the lipo which my bain can hardly compute

The latter, they made grooves in the fat to mimic abs. She also wears some hardcore shapewear almost 24/7 which mashes your abdomen all up and wears it while hanging out in gyms pretending to exercise. She also has/had pancake titties so I would guess she got a breasts lift as well.

Didn’t she get a reduction? They usually lift when they reduce otherwise you have fried egg boobs.

She was pretty when she was young and she would probably have aged relatively well but she started going under the knife when she was 50 something. Now she looks really weird, especially when smiling.
