Maybe the trick for trannies to pass is to get so much surgery that they only have superficially human characteristics, like if an alien designed a perfect human for infiltration using trashy reality tv as a visual guide.

Except trannies make it their personality. I'm not sure how much of her alien chin and cheek shape is due to filters and how much is due to surgery :(

Does it matter? Filters are digital cosmetic surgery and that's the look she decided to go with, she might not look like that in real life but if a plastic surgeon said that he could make her head look like the master control program from Tron she might go for it.
