I can honestly respect a person for being comfortable with being a dude despite how they dress or style themselves. Way better than claiming trans because they wear a dress. The plastic surgery is still terrible to look at though. I will never understand those lips.

OT, but that's how Anglos tend to age, which is overnight or at least extremely quickly. Notice Lennon lost a ton of fat in his cheeks (no doubt from smoking, heroin, and his eating disorder) but his eyes look much smaller, which IMO looks like more a difference compared to McCartney who didn't look much older until the late 80s. So no, I don't think he got plastic surgery in the 60s. Marilyn Monroe was basically the extent of what plastic surgery could offer back in the day, but her changed makeup/style and aging does most of the legwork rather then the (rumored) chin implant and rhinoplasty:
