Don't know if they'll livestream the audio. Arizona doesn't use DST so it's the same as PDT.

Started. Baked is physically present. His father is reading a letter from his mother to the judge. Father asked for "time served" and community service. Baked now making his statement. He's (fake?) crying. Says he's on some kind of crazy pills.

Motion to Reconsider denied. Baked arguing with judge. Feed cut. Don't know when he has to report to jail.

Looks like they do have a city jail.

I laughed at his tweet. Liberal and conservative judges take a dim view of macing someone in the face. They also really don't like sniveling, spineless mama's boys whining during sentencing.

I watch a lot of Zoom court stuff because I'm autistic and I think he sunk his ship big time when he complained that he thought it was valid self defense but he "didn't want to re-litigate it". It's a shame there was no video feed, I would've loved to have seen the Judge's face when he heard that. Also complaining about only showering once every 3 days! If Judges hate one thing, it's people whining about the less than luxurious conditions in jail.

Baked really should've at least made bullet points and #1 in big bold red text should've been "APOLOGIZE TO THE VICTIM." but he's a retard so welcome to 30 more days in the BBC rape dungeon. That Judge seemed unbelievably reasonable and his parent's statements were alright, I think if Baked had a lawyer speak for him, he could've potentially been successful.

I'm glad Baked is a retard since he does absolutely deserve that 30 days. Thankfully Arizona has a law that says you must serve 85% of your sentence so he can't get out significantly earlier via good time too.

i dont know if Baked was really crying, but the fact he had his family there trying to get him out of trouble with the new principal is just the chefs fucking kiss.
ive also heard a lot of court hearings, especially the endings where they get to speak to the judge and families/victims. ive only ever heard 1 thing funnier than Baked tearfully trying to explain that hes sorry and its just that the prosecutor is a liberal poopoo head, and it was this guy

Fatlaska deserves at least a year in prison. 60 days? Boo fucking hoo. Tim's father/mother raised a child that runs around and profits off harassing everyday people living their lives.

30 more can only be good for him. Baked needs his peepee slapped because his parents did not discipline him as a kid...as evidenced by Tim's sister talking about growing up with him and how they would torture their mentally retarded sister.
