The FBI is now saying that Sicknick, the dead Capitol cop wasn't killed by being struck with a fire extinguisher, but was sprayed with a noxious substance like bear or pepper spray and that caused his death.

Is it possible? Could it have been content spray? The FBI says they have identified the suspect in the 'homicide' but have not released that name to the public yet.

In reality, the FBI does not yet have evidence of what killed Sicknick - they were befuddled when they learned that trauma wasn't the cause of death. They are still awaiting the toxicology report and my guess is that it will confirm any conclusion the FBI wants confirmed. They really want to send somebody up for this homicide.

I doubt that he is responsible for the death of Sicknick. But macing a LEO, yeah he surely is dumb enough to do some dumb shit like this.
But if it really was Alaskas content spray which caused Sicknicks death what would the charge be? 1st degree Murder?

It would be hard to make a case for anything. But we have gone way beyond using things like the law and facts to decide who to prosecute and for what. Like Kyle, the suspect will probably beat the charge but they won't beat the ride.

And all I am saying is that if I heard there was any event that Baked was at and then heard someone there was maced...obviously I would immediately think that Baked is likely the culprit.

So much bullshit. They knew at least three days after 01/06 what happened. Way back on Jan 9th, the NYT posted, then deleted an article that said this:

because he stormed the capitol it will not be second degree or any form of manslaughter

it will either be that or intentional homicide, but I doubt he would’ve been dumb enough to kill

The use of chemical sprays has been a major focus of the investigation into the death of US Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick. CNN reported that prosecutors believe he was attacked with bear spray, which contributed to his death one day later. There is no known connection in court documents or elsewhere between Sicknick's death and the charges against Caldwell.

Chemical sprays were one of many weapons used by rioters during the January 6 insurrection. According to a CNN analysis, other weapons confiscated or used in or around the Capitol that day includes firearms, a metal baseball bat, a fire extinguisher, a wooden club, a spear, a stun gun, crutches, a flagpole, stolen police shields, a wooden beam, a hockey stick and knives.

Dielawn Volk will try I'm sure, but he won't make it, Baked's story arc is on board with movie (but big budget type, 80s 90s action) type of story arc and I don't see anyone matching that level anytime soon, especially with the incoming jewhammer on everything.

IDK alot of people come close. Baked's community (or I guess former community), the IP2 communty, people regularly get arrested, stabbed etc...
