The Royals hitting is shit and yet they're hovering around .500. So, therefore if the hitting stops being shit.....
 
I know I know, its too early to predict anything, but I really like how the Giants are playing, not only do they have the core superb starting pitching, but they also have basically the best BP in the majors and to top it off, they're hitting homeruns like crazy (Second in the majors I think) and they've done all of this with Matt Cain pitching like shit, Lincecum being either brilliant or giving up 5 runs in the 1st inning, Posey not hitting because of back pain and no Belt (He had 8 homeruns at the time he got hurt like 2 weeks ago). If those guys start perfoming to their usual level, I don't see why the Giants can't win it all again this year.
 
I know it's too early, but I'm picking the A's to win the World Series. Fuck, I'll just pick the playoffs.

I wouldn't mind an Oakland/SF rematch series. Also, I will never get tired of checking Arizona's home record this year.

The autism in the MLB comments board is enormous, not just the Dodgers board but all of the MLB boards.
 
And the Royals have just taken 8 straight. Huh, and the hitting has stopped being shit. So, maybe playoffs?
 
Pagan is out? That pretty much explains it. Last year they were like 20+ games over 500. with Pagan and -15 under without him. It's scary how important that guy is to the Giants.

Yeah, and 2 of the 3 games they lost in that awful Colorado series that kicked this streak off were because of terrible plays Pagan made in center because he was playing hurt.

They're thinking Tuesday, I think. And Belt is playing rehab games, so he should be back really soon. Scutaro I'm not sure on, but I seriously doubt he'll ever play again. And if he does, it's unlikely he'll be anything more than a bench guy.
 
Hopefully we will get the Dodgers at AT&T soon so we can beat them up. I don't think their streak will last long, eventually we will see Kemp whinning, Hanley doing stupid shit, Puig crying and Mattingly making the most boneheaded decisions ever.
 
You can just tell mlb.com has a bonner for the Dodgers, when the Giants were 9 games up and were winning games were they trailed sometimes by 6 runs time and time again they still give the front page to Puig huging puppies or something.
