It depends, sometimes people get unlucky and the disease attacks primarily their lungs and they need to be pumped with a ventilator. And if you’re really, really, REALLY, unlucky, because the ventilators are so hard to clean and keep track of, you could get a secondary infection like pneumonia most often and basically by that point you’re inoperable. COVID deaths are generally based on Russian roulette with 10 chambers and 1 bullet sometimes it just depends on how unlucky you are.
