As indepth as the video went on how everyone involved in the Bashurverse story was varying degrees of shitty, the ending went out of its way to frame Keemstar as the real villain behind everything who got away with his schemes. No surprise youtube commenters are taking it to mean Keemstar acting like an anime villain is worse than Bashur being a pedophile.

No, it is categorically not an art line.
ICU beds are full across the country and are reserved for those intubated. He was definitely on a regular med surg floor. In one picture he was on a high flow nasal cannula which is what they use to give more oxygen than a mask. He wasn't on a bi pap yet so that means he still had more wiggle room before bi pap and then after bi pap is intubation.

Arterial lines are placed when in ICU and they usually put them in your neck.

The bruising is completely consistent with a standard IV.
From my ex-wife who is a nurse and was hospitalized with COVID:

They will inject you twice a day in your abdomen with blood thinners but it goes directly into the fat. That makes you bruise easier.

His bruising on his wrists is from a regular IV. That is a spot new nurses like to use because you can "see" the vein but they tend to roll there and infiltrate. His wrist looked fine minus the bruising but that's normal.

You are way too into this. The possibility of him facing his death is pretty low especially since that would mean his family would be in on it. I don't want to imagine that they're THAT shitty.
