The nasal cannula seems to support a respiratory issue at a minimum.

He does seem to have been improving over the course of those few images I saw, assuming they were posted on the dates they were taken. The nasal cannula was stepped down to an oxygen mask which indicates his condition improved at least temporarily.

Either way, according to Bashur's own admission (start at 16:35) the girl's parents found out, a private investigator came to his house and this later led to him being arrested. He was successfully convicted but managed to avoid jailtime and was given court mandated therapy and apparently lost access to his electronics for awhile.

The people on Twitter are possibly referring to other allegations against Bashur like a girl who came forth saying Bashur was sending her thirsty messages when she was 17 and he was 28

Or they're just idiots who don't know Bashur himself admitted to talking to a 14 year old on the internet when he was nearly a adult

What he was convicted of was NOT "talking". It involves direct sexual contact and or giving hard drugs to a minor. The fact that he was able to plea it down to no jail time but registering as a sex offender tells you what they popped him for was much worse. Rest in Piss Pedo Predator.

It appears it's not uncommon for people with covid to start feeling better, only to become even worse later. Perhaps a cytokine storm.

As someone before me said, it's because they gravitate towards things that children enjoy. If they have even the slightest of chances interacting with a child on a closer level (ie. being a YouTube sensation that children love) they'll gladly do it.

Getting Keem to look back on and consider changing his sensationalized, outdated coverage of your past mistakes is generally a fruitless endeavor.
