Do these actually work? I joined one of those supply grind servers where people stand in a circle spamming ammo crates and barely got any XP out of it.
I think you're vastly underestimating just how much XP you need to max out the battlepass. I joined a server that has auto-deploy, teleports you all over the map insta-capping objectives and the entire match lasts 30 minutes, netting you around 5k XP (you'll get around 1k on CQC *if* you're absolutely cracked and are top of the leaderboard, realistically it's usually around the 300-600 range). Did this for an hour and got from level 12 to 13, and as another poster mentioned earlier, the XP requirement jumps up the higher up you go.I've been hitting the battlepass for the missions. It's not that hard - like the other ones before it, if you just do the missions every week you'll be fine. If you can stand Infantry-Only Metro style maps, just do Close Quarters Conquest until you get the Redacted map - easiest map to get tons of kills and gadget objectives met.
ICYMI: The new Battlefield single-player campaign is drawing inspiration from Alex Garland’s Civil War (2024) and Paramount+’s Lioness. EA Motive aims to tell stories about “ordinary people in extraordinary situations,” using the tension-curve pacing learned from their work on the Dead Space remake to balance impactful quiet moments with blockbuster firefights. Expect a more cinematic Character-driven take ahead of the game’s release by October 10th 2025

The only way you're hitting lvl 60 is if you're unemployed and capable of playing the game full-time or you cheat and join one of those servers.
Alex Garland’s Civil War and Paramount+ Lioness have stronk whamen as their main characters, and one of them is even black. The BF6 single player campaign are gonna be woke as fuck for sure, this should come as no surprise to nobody since its EA Motive. After all its the same people that butchered DEAD SPACE REMAKE with stupid woke shit like trans toilets, race swap and gay romance.
Not just planes. Helicopters are near invincible. My primary issue with 2042 is that there's no risk in planes. You spawn in midair, you regen HP, and you bomb the map before the first point is captured. Older games, you spent time to run back, get in, fly, get shot once and basically running on fumes.
Planes are like jedis in SW:BFII. People camp them and win the match with it. And it fucking blows.
Even the Iwo Jima map got the 2042 treatment.Map flow in 2042 is horrible. Empty spaces, long narrow corridors or poorly placed objective spawns make it a chore to play.
...and by the time your reload animation is over, the helicopter is at full health again. From my experience conquest in 2042 is beyond miserable, granted I only played the game mode for <5 hours, but still. Planes absolutely dominate every single match and using anti-air rocket launchers feels like an absolute joke, out of 20 shots maybe 1 isn't countered by the flares.
2042 is currently on sale till the 2nd of September, also has a free battlepass that will unlock some cosmetic crap in BF6.
It's sad to see CoD and BF add more rootkit crap on PC while the actual cheaters are on console."Battlefield has always let you do shit like this" -COD Movement Fag Defenders.

That's what I usually do since BF2042 is so bad, although I wish more people would pilot the helicopters.Yeah they work but people are running a script in those.
I was using the helicopter capture the flag servers, you spawn into someone’s chopper and get a flag cap every 10 seconds.
I hit level 28 with the game running in the background all weekend, just had to remember to come back and respawn at the start of every game (every 20 minutes or so).
Those servers are XP capped at roughly 15,000 for a full game, but it worked for me.
Double XP helped a lot.
I tried one supposed bot server, it had nothing but players. I'm thinking you'd need a server code or something to create a private/solo server with special parameters to easily farm XP/achievements/progress.Meanwhile I join one of these so called 24/7 bot servers and to my amazement its full of real players and no fucking bots. Can't play on them though because the servers have constant stuttering that isn't present in official servers.
And how are they going to convey that kind of story with the mechanics of Battlefield 6 at play? They tried to do it with Battlefield 1 and the entire time I was laughing because apparently my "ordinary person in an extraordinary situation" is a superhuman who can speed reload a shotgun and has the aim and the cool of a fucking space marine.“ordinary people in extraordinary situations,”

I don't remember ever enjoying a single Battlefield campaign (I don't count Bad Company 1+2) so it's whatever for me. If I ever touch this game, which is highly unlikely given I don't like multiplayer FPS games, I'm probably going to avoid it because it's just going to be a linear corridor shooter with walking forwards at a set speed or being pointed directly at an objective with a map so on rails I couldn't even move left or right literally.I haven't seen Civil War so can't speak to that. I do watch Lioness.
Lioness is an odd show to inspire a Battlefield single player. I have to assume that is just to say it is chick focused. The plot of Lioness is around a thin women who isn't convincingly a soilder who stumbles into a marine office while escaping an abusive boyfriend. Who then joines and passes all the tests with flying colors where it literally is impossible to tell if it is cliche patriotic garbage or satire.
You literally get scenes of male and female recruits with the different physical criteria. She does so well her results are rushed to the desk of a general. Who then dismisses it as being the women's metrics and then told she did the mens requirements for pull ups ect. Which blows him a way.
She then becomes a soldier and because she's half arab gets recruited into the lioness program. Where she's a put undercover to befreind some rich arab women who is engaged to some terrorist financier. Which is run by a group of special forces soilders run by Zoe Soldana who is struggling between running that and her personal life with a family. The Lioness is completely disposable and they will let her be killed to take out the terrorists. At one point they save her from being drugged and almost raped.
In the second season the Lioness is taking a more in charge role of taking over another Lioness where they take some hot ace Apache Helicopter pilot, to go under cover to reveal her own father is involved with her uncle's drug cartel. Original Lioness is conflicted because she was used and abused by the program and is now doing that to someone else. Manipulating her to destroy her own family. We do see her tits and they're nice though.
Nothing screams Battlefield.
With a whamen. And how are they going to convey that kind of story with the mechanics of Battlefield 6 at play?
