If you think BF6's challenges are tedious, wait until the battle royale comes out with those achievements/trophies.

Iberian's the best when it comes to close quarters. Saint's Quarters is if you took the alleyways from Iberian Offensive and just made that the whole map. Sorry, that's as good as it gets.

M60 built for hipfire and using hollow point belts absolutely shits out multikills for me, already at mastery 26 because of how good it feels to use

Unpopular opinion, but compared to previous Battlefields with their $60 price tag and $50 Premium expansion pass, there's a better value proposition in store since the base game is $70 with free maps and weapons dripfed through seasons. Take that what you will.

I always get slaughtered in 1-on-1 fights with hipfiring the M60 because I lose by one bullet. I get more success hunkering down and acting like the Last Man Standing in an alleyway.
 
Who was the guy that said you cannot get clips in Battlefield? FaZe Swagg or some dumb shit? I beg to differ.


Flanking a tank to get a multikill, killing people with unconventional gadgets like a repair tool, random debris from destruction netting you a stray elimination, camping in a toilet stall. Not everything has to be frenzied twitch shooting ping ping ping.

I'm tempted to just buy Battlefield 6 Phantom. I'm running out of competent shooters to play. Older CoDs have aging netcode, movement exploits and cheaters. WarZone esque CoDs have meta builds, sweats, dwindling players and SBMM. Halo (MCC) doesn't have any community left because it chases trends.

Yeah, I tried playing COD:WAW years ago and all I could find were Tactical crouch servers. Black OPs 1 has nothing, but nuketown servers. MCC is mostly dead. Battle Royale is gross. Clients like IW4X are pretty good and free, but are run by troons.

Don't spend 100$ on the Phantom edition, It's a great game that scratches that COD/Twitch shooter itch, but it's not that good.

This thing has quickly become one of my favorite SMG's, the small mag takes some getting used to but it fucking shreds people.

Dude the tactical crouch servers are retarded and I don't know why those are the only servers, I wish MCC had the patched multiplayer of Halo CE cause I'd play that way more, I remember the PC version having the magnum not be OP. Clients like IW4X and HMW have the issue where its players have been playing the same game non-stop and know literally everything, it doesn't have the same feel as when those games first released. When HMW first came out a fuckton of people were just tryharding, nukes every game, and then people get surprised that it dies because its not fun. People don't play the same way they used to 10 years ago, it all feels faster

That's just how it is. The fate of every multiplayer game is Quake 3 Arena. The skill gap becomes so pronounced between vets and noobs that new players can't get into a positive feedback loop of getting a few kills, ragequit and uninstall, which kills the game's community long term because no blood is coming in and contributing.

The only exceptions are Valve source games, AAA slop like GTA V, Roblox, Minecraft and the usual suspects that always sit in the steam top 250 games with the most players. I fucking love some of these games, but I want more variety and don't want to play the same handful of games forever.

In terms of BF6, I don't like what they're doing with Portal so far, are there still active servers that you can't join? Are they addressing maximum server capacity due to dead active servers?

Thats because you fight fair. Smoking one gap/entry and then flanking while a whole squad stares at the smoke waiting for someone to come out is surprisingly effective, and nobody ever seems to catch on. Head to head you're going to lose because of the slow ass fire rate, the m60 really excels in cq when you can get behind a whole gaggle of idiots and let it rip, and the 1.75 second reload time on the belt lets you keep rounds flying and even catch people pushing you because theyre expecting the slow ass reload

I was that faggot last night... its scummy as fuck, but also really funny watching the jets flare and still just get pasted. They probably don't even know how to unfuck it. Ill refrain from doing it further but they need to get on fixing it, because until they do its a feature.

Fuck this gun, man. I hope this thing gets nerfed in some way. It's vile and is like 6th in terms of the fastest TTK but has the fun benefit of being an SMG with no aim cone so it's a laser beam. The only thing keeping it from being too obnoxious is that the 16 round starting mag filters most of the retards. The Tavor is the same way. It's got the lowest TTK in theory but is balanced by being really inaccurate so it filters most people.

I inherently play defensive and slowly and it's just never rewarded. I can count the times I've proned with a lmg and got 3 kills on one hand, going on many hours. You're more likely to get 2 lucky kills running around like a retard than to try to put any sense of tactics into your play.
