BF: Hardline on PS4/XB1 has been delisted yesterday and will sunset its servers on June 22nd. The PC version remains unaffected.
the issue is not with battlefield specifically for me, its that its EA Executives need to be publicly executed for Crimes Against Gaming, the game industry shouldnt have gotten as large as it is, a team could have made a game mechanically similar to Battlefield 6 (maybe smaller in scale but still) in the late 2000s with like a quarter of the budget, people who dont know what good gameplay is shouldnt have the right to make desicions for gamesIt took four studios and a Need for Speed hiatus to get Battlefield to a "return to form," yet they're still laying off people. Well, they DID anticipate "hundreds of millions of players" or something so I guess expectations weren't reached.

I suspect all future Battlefield titles will be derivative from BF6. Generic, good, modern military shooters. No more 2142, no Bad Company, no Hardline, just the tried and true historical or modern settings.a team could have made a game mechanically similar to Battlefield 6 (maybe smaller in scale but still) in the late 2000s with like a quarter of the budget, people who dont know what good gameplay is shouldnt have the right to make desicions for games
Same, knowing that they’re going to make Battlefield an annual release like Cod I kinda regret buying the phantom edition.I should've waited for a sale before buying Battlefield 6. I hardly play it anymore after beating the campaign.
Thank God I've played Engineer since 1 because that would piss me right the fuck off if I was still a medic mainThe BF team decided to limit the number of times that you can defib (3 times) without needing a short cooldown. What is the actual point in this, besides being a weird inconvenience?
The problem with reviving is most people just tap revive instead of charging their paddles up. It's a rampant issue on Hagental Base where retard supports will ran around spamming tap revives, only for most of those people to die instantly because they've only been revived at partial health. The intention with the charge limit, along with the added charge UI feedback, is to encourage people to be more thoughtful with their revives. The BF team decided to limit the number of times that you can defib (3 times) without needing a short cooldown. From what I can see it seems soDid they listen and realize they fucked up?
