I just tried to order from an artist familiar with an obscure work, a skill I've been trying to find forever. Said they were doing commissions especially cheap at the moment, open to drawing anything. But when I inquired for more specific prices, they got so offended at me asking to not get jewed with a random number out their ass they amped their rates up out of spite.
