Debates like that are not won with facts and logic, even if you make good arguments he won't change his mind as he sees it as part of his core values people like this are lost causes and you should not engage with them in debates.
Another "argument" (an appeal to emotion really) that some people keep throwing around is "They came here for a better life !" , Uh, ok ? Every single thing we do is for a better life, that's why we get jobs, invest money, eat food, etc. It is not our fault you were born is such a shithole that it stayed poor and dirty for hundreds of years and we shouldn't shit up our countries to make it better for you. But at the end of the day most knew this already they just love to worship the third worlders and everything stems from either their inferiority complex or wanting to get richer in the case of politicians.
Yes only a few nations can be 100% isolated and we always had trading between nations, if someone thinks of this question as a gocha they are stupidAlso can you be nationalist and be in support of international trade/import?
This is the old "your democracy is greek, your car is german your alphabet is latin... "etc, this dosen't justify importing infinity africans in any way and if you look at their examples all of those great things that we adopted came from homogenous societies that valued their cultureAnd is any nation adopting different customs/innovations from others an argument against nationalism ?
