Nah man, it has the water temple, the best dungeons in Zelda history (if you don't count cdi titles and Jabu jabu's belly from Oos).
Majora's mask IS overrated trash, alongside the first half of dark souls 1, the entirety of bloodborne (except witches of hemlick) and Senator Armstrong.

So there is this puzzle in OOT Master Quest Water Temple, where you have to light 3 of those wooden brown torches. The Idea is to use Din's fire but one is behind the door you are trying to open..the Green/Brown door that the torch looks like a part of.

It was a fucking DICK move that I never would have figured out if I hadn't cast din's fire being a lazy shit to light the other two.

I usually don't bitch about RNG but the one in Dragon Ball Xenoverse (1, idk if it's the same in the sequel too) was really something else. On top of the low drops rate you also had another RNG just to see if the character you need to beat for the drop would show up at all. And of course, this fight happens several minutes into the missions so resetting doesn't save you much time.
Even if you did everything perfectly and fulfilled all the other conditions, if RNG said "fuck you" you could (and I did) waste tens of hours trying to unlock a single item/move/transformation.

In the first Ratchet & Clank there is a section where you have to run through a level as it fills up with water and get out before you drown. The timing and margin for error on this is literally milliseconds, you either do it absolutely perfectly or you are fucking dead.

Also, there are hoverboard racing sections in the game and again to win the race you have to do it absolutely perfectly, hit every single boost pad and be absolutely spot on at every turn or the AI wrecks your shit.

Its unbelievable to me that this kind of shit is in a kids game, I struggled as an adult, I can only imagine little kids being permanently scarred by this shit.
