We've reached tardcon 1. Anyone who wants to make "violent threats" on a forum to strangers is a pussy, if you're that keen on violence there's a real outlet: real life. Not that I'm saying anyone should commit violence in real life but posting it on a forum is the most faggot thing you can do. At this point they're probably looking for a way to fuck us out of existence. Free speech comes with conditions just like real life (only here no one can punch you in the face): number one is don't be a retard, number two is respect the establishment your in and take sperging to publicly owned spaces. The least people can do is not put the site at risk by a-logging about niggers and jews, it's quite simple really you can say anything except to threaten violence. If you're that keen to making anonymous violent threats maybe it's time to go outside and get some fresh air away from the doomscrolling machine, or perhaps stop filling your mind with worthless garbage that only exists to make you angry.

Honestly, this aspect was what sort of drew me to A&H early on. There were all these whacky personalities that you couldn't tell if they were trolling or just retarded. For me, A&H was sort of like a homegrown cow board. It got old.

I just hope shuttering A&N and Happenings doesn't leak their autistic nonsense all over the site. There's far too many far-right loud-mouthed retards and far-left smug retards, each party waiting for Null's support, because they think he'll turn the site into their personal echo chamber. I'm still trying to process the knowledge that users here would give you (Null) shit for dealing with the post in question as you did, and not the utter fucking stupidity of the post itself. For fuck's sake, that's the entire point of the Farms - how many times have we said it about cows? There's no reason Null should take the heat for someone too dumb to realise their credible threat would be taken that way (and it wasn't ambiguous). He's laid enough down for this forum to exist already.

Here is the issue and why Fed posting is not "Free Speech". Lets say I fucking hate Kiwi Farms and Null, All I have to do is use a VPN and post 5 words in a thread to get the heat put on the site, TBH it was kinda a bad idea to draw attention this because people who do hate this site know they can fuck with it by Fed posting now.

They sent people to my house and tried to have me hurt in a car accident.

This site is a place we can vent and post our thoughts without fear of being dogpilled by frothing at the mouth SJWs or Rightspergs, therefore this is a free speech site. But if someone comes here only to fight about politics and annoy everyone else without contributing with the threads, then I see no reason to keep them around. Just ban them, nothing of value would be lost.

However, @Null, what I would like to ask is what would you do if institutions like the Europol would request information about users for reason like hate-speech? Recently Europol made various arrests, of which some were just based on accusations of anti-semitism or because they insulted a female politician on social media. While you don't live in a EU country and you're a US citizen you do however live in Serbia which does co-operate with the Europol and a potential refusal to their request might affect you.

I have and will continue to reject inquiries from foreign governments. I may make exceptions in exceptional instances. For instance, I was contacted by a European government regarding the existence of a forum account during an investigation into a child sex offender who apparently held a public office. The account did not exist so I wasn't able to help, but I probably would have.
