This comic just made me realize that Lily keeps going back and forth between being a little girl and a grown woman. Do they put the ages of their characters anywhere, or can Lily just change her age to whatever is convinent at the moment?

That's a good question, because that's definately a little girl's dress that she's wearing in that comic.

You guys don't get it, Blobby and friends is a deep plot that showcases the characters lives out of order so you can find the pieces of the narrative and build it from scratch, it will add lead up in a big season finale mystery, you guys wait.

Holy shit. Can only imagine how muscular chick feels suddenly being surrounded and showered with shallow praise by strangers then, especially since she had AirPods in and probably couldn’t hear shit.
Actually, now that I think about it, one of the only times I’ve heard “shouldn’t be muscular blah blah” was when people were saying that Abby from TLOU2 was unrealistic for being super ripped in the middle of the apocalypse. Probably has no relation to the comic, but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Slight derail, but yeah, the super-ripped body type is honestly one of those figures that can only be supported when there's plenty of food to go around, ie: you can afford to lose a lot of fat stores for muscle definition if you know there will still be food 3-6 months from now.

I remember reading about a woman who was a heavyweight bodybuilder (for mass) and on the off seasons she would literally look chonky-fat, even with normal bodyfat composition. Only during the competition period could it all come off - you're expected to lose a bit of muscle during the ripping phase, not sure what the correct term is. And it's an incredibly tough process, literal starvation.

Mind you, this is all work and commitment, a complete opposite to the lazy blobfish way of just dying one's hair pink and sticking a pronoun pin on.

I'm honestly confused by this cartoon. Plenty of socialists complain about businesses that try to improve the morale of their workers, even if it's through childish means like pizza parties. I can't name a single one that would do so in preparation for laying off workers.

Which I can imagine they'd do for a good reason, either such workers weren't good in the first place, or the economy is so bad they can't actually afford to keep them around, or both. The two latter options, of course, a direct consequence of the politics being pushed by the likes of the Blobby authors.

Though mainly they want to pretend that any attempts to improve worker morale is evil because it makes the workers forget to hate their boss/supervisor, which of course makes it much harder to recruit them into the socialist cause.
