I think it's more so that their 2010-ish social justice agendas, worldviews, and humor aren't quite compatible with 2020-ish social justice agendas, worldviews, and humor. Yesterday's champions of equality are today's problematic wrongthinkers. It's not lighthearted unfunny jokes that miss the mark, it's now offensive and unacceptable.

The only apology the cult will accept is most honorable Seppuku. There isn't a more deserving bunch of fruitcakes to get a taste of their own medicine, either.
