Im a tourist and i havent played the game. I know of it because so many pedophiles surround it and its often a topic in the lolicon defense force thread. That said, is there any actual adults in the game or is everything underage?
There furies and robot NPCS that act like a stand in for adults. Some students are 18 years old as well.

Also how do you BA-Kiwis feel about BA being a haven of sorts to pedophiles? Does it affect your view on the game?
I dont have an X account so i would not know.

yes since as gravity has had mentioned there's the matter of random animal and robot NPCs in the game that stand-in for the citizens of kivotos
and technically there's 3 students that go above the age of 18 (kayoko, wakamo and shun), but there's the simple problem that a third/half of the ones that don't suffer a case of

which creates a disconnect when players make the "age doesn't matter in BA" argument since what people think on average is

the answer is an hard no as it's mostly a matter that's not relevant to the game itself, the writing is as SFW as it can get and it treats the students as students (barring major exceptions that people in this thread mostly hate)

which boils down to not wanting nor having any business whatsoever in here regarding what people like to get off to, we like the characters doing funny or heartwarming things because they're funny or heartwarming things

Kokuriko is at least 35 years old because she mentioned she was the leader of Hyakkaryouran 20 years before the current timeline. And atleast she looks the part unlike the "500 year old in the body of a child" cliche.

Kokuriko in and of herself solves many enigmas one's post-graduation status, including if the halo still stays. We still haven't heard back from Gehenna's Thunder Emperor though, which is another case (and an arguably much more high-profile one at that) of a student that graduated.

Otherwise you have the Gematria, the NPC robots and animals (like master Shibaseki), and students who dropped back a year and is then attending at 18 or older.

I'm aware the existence of this thread is contentious because of the sort of people it attracts, and I again completely understand why the average farmer would have some inherent resentment for the game. Especially when Synthman namedrops it or plays it on stream, because that's mostly when the disruptive posters appear from what I've seen.

I only post in-game related content + news here and plan to keep doing so, and everyone else is keeping to that same mantra.

Kiyosumi Akira "Fox of Calamity," and Kiyosumi Akira "Phantom Thief of Affection" aren't adults. While Kiyosumi Akira is an adult and Kurihama Akemi "Legendary Sukeban" age is undetermined. No information on who are the remaining three prisoners.

You forgot Makoto, who is 18 as well.

The "Thunder Emporer" was said to have left Kivotos entirely after graduating iirc.

I find that there's an overlap between the pedophiles and all these gacha games so it's not that much of a surprise. It's something to be mindful of if you decide to interact with the community, but at the end of the day I play video games based on the merits of the game and less so on the people who play it, otherwise you'd miss out on actual good games like Library of Ruina due to its association with Project Moon and the shitshow that community has become after the success of Limbus.

Blue Archive is one of those games where you're better off not interacting with the community and just enjoying the game and story as it is (the people in this thread seem chill though). The raid bosses are fun, the story is sincere and a nice contrast to the misery porn of other gacha stories, and the music is really good. It's also funny to watch the Limbus and Umamusume people get uppity over their groomer incidents and try to lash out at Blue Archive players for supposedly infiltrating their communities, so even if you don't have an interest in the game there's still a good laugh to be had at pedophiles infighting with each other.

Just about every popular thing community is a haven for pedos (or other degenerates). Ironically BA is not a haven for groomers so that's something at least. In the end the community doesn't matter as long as the devs won't change the game to appeal to any subset.

I'm not going to get into the discussion if lolicons are pedophiles or not, it's ultimately a moot point, but I would say that Blue Archive has probably significantly less of them than other gacha games. Blue Archive - both the game and the community - has a bad reputation, and while some of it is fairly deserved, I would say most of it isn't. I personally haven't met pedophiles who play it... With a single exception, the shitskin who was also a Kiwi and was posting in this thread. Ironically I've encountered more pedophiles on Kiwi Farms than playing Blue Archive, so make of that what you will, although, to be fair, KF bans them immediately when they inevitably expose themselves... In any case, from my experience what I've seen of the BA community, they tend to chase out / ban (where possible) pedos and groomers who try coming into the community, while things like Fate/Grand Order, Brown Dust 2, Limbus Company, Umamasume and Nikke don't... I can't speak for Reddit's BA community however since they're, well, reddit, and reddit is a haven for pedophiles.

Buy yeah there are quite a few adults. Kayoko is every tourist's favorite because she's a goth metalhead who loves cats, for example.

Anyhow... I really enjoy the current event's story. It's quite meta in that it's about work of fiction being localized, people who havent' read a story just deciding "it's bad, it needs to be banned", ect. Very on the nose and you can tell that Yakumo is a bit of a mouthpiece for the devs.

Its been informative and although i do have my own reservations of the game. Seeing fellow kiwis elaborate and feel strongly about the game, makes me think it isnt as bad as it is portrayed. Do carry on Blue Archiving. Cheers.

From what I get from the BA communities being gatekeepers, for the most part it's the lolicons who tried to present the image that they aren't going to let actual pedos/groomers to get into the most obvious game imaginable (Blue Archive) and has been hard at work keeping it that way in order to present themselves not like what others claimed them to be. This also includes most off the woke english communities/tourists which carried their usual schticks like removing heterosexualities or forced shippings into whatever fandoms they entered.

The other communities, though, sees the massive amount of lolicons that sticks with Blue Archive and the plethora of NSFW stuff that come out from it (thanks, Karin/Asuna) and immediately consider it as pedo heavens and paint it as such, while ignoring the obvious groomers/pedos until it was too late.

The reddits, can't really say about them for Blue Archive specifically, but they are capable of translating stuff, which is really helpful when you just want to know what is going on in events that Global doesn't get yet (Decagrammaton EX for example) and you can't be arsed to sit on 4chan's /blue archive general/ and waiting for that one anon who magically appeared with translations amidst the wave of "op's waifu is a faggot".

I tried Early Grey tea after Null mentioned drinking it before his streams to help his focus, are you supposed to have it with milk or on it's own? I've tried both and prefer to have it with milk.

Depends on your taste, but from my experience with tea drinking family members, with milk.

The real question is if you add the milk first or tea first, because that DOES change the flavor in a significant way.
